The outermost layer is a 2-meter-high steel guardrail, and the middle layer is a 3.6-meter-high wire fence, both of which are uncharged. The innermost layer is a 1-meter-high power grid, close to the protective net in the middle, and its instantaneous voltage can reach more than 7000 volts, mainly to prevent animals from leaving the park. At the beginning of March, the garden also inspected warning signs and protective nets, and found no problems.
