South Korea was exposed to develop secret weapons that can attack the air power in the DPRK and can defeat the enemy at the first shot.

CCTV News:With the game between the United States and North Korea in the past few days, the situation on the peninsula has been escalating. The South Korean government, which has always emphasized its independent national defense forces, has been exposed to be independently developing two secret weapons that can attack North Korea’s air power.

According to the Korean media, the South Korean government, which has always emphasized its independent national defense power, is independently developing secret weapons that can attack North Moon Jae in’s air power. In the movie "Star Wars", there are weapons that can emit lasers and can destroy spacecraft. At present, the Korean army is developing this new weapon for independent national defense — — Rail guns and laser guns.

According to reports, the railgun developed by the US Navy uses electromagnetic energy as thrust to launch shells at a speed several times higher than the speed of sound, mainly performing the tasks of destroying enemy ships and intercepting missiles. As a new weapon in the future, it only needs one shot to penetrate enemy missiles, ships and planes, and it is planned to assemble troops in actual combat in 2028.

Korean media said that compared with American railguns, the railguns being developed by Korea National Defense Research Institute are also supersonic electromagnetic projectiles, but their flames and shells are smaller. It is expected that the "Korean version" railgun will complete technical research and development in the mid-1920s.

In addition, the nuclear-free EMP bomb developed by the Korean army in 1999 to destroy enemy electronic equipment has successfully completed the test of destroying drones at a distance of 100 meters, and it is expected to have combat capability by the 1920s.

Park Chang-kyu, former director of the Korea National Defense Science Research Institute, said that if the Korean army requires the assembly of EMP bombs, it should be able to meet the assembly requirements.

The increasing tension has made the voice of South Korea’s ruling and opposition parties on the introduction of nuclear submarines gradually rise. In fact, as early as during the general election, Moon Jae in proposed to introduce nuclear submarines. When talking to US President Trump on the phone in early August this year, Moon Jae in also mentioned the issue of nuclear submarines, which shows the importance attached to this matter.

However, some Korean experts believe that the introduction of nuclear submarines is not practical because of its huge consumption and high noise, which is easy to be discovered by the enemy. In addition, due to the constraints of the Korea-US Atomic Energy Agreement, from the perspective of prohibiting nuclear proliferation, the United States will not easily make an exception for South Korea. Even if the United States allows it, the cost of sharing defense fees and purchasing weapons may be beyond imagination.

[Reminiscent] South Korea and the United States held short-range air defense exercises for the first time.

In addition, according to Yonhap News Agency, the US Pacific Command announced on September 30th that the United States and South Korea held joint short-range air defense exercises on the Korean peninsula for the first time. "Short-range air defense" refers to the defense activities of shooting down enemy fighters invading South Korea’s airspace at low altitude with the Avenger short-range air defense missile as the main weapon.

According to the report, in this short-range air defense exercise, the Korean and American armed forces connected the communication networks of the two sides and shared information, which enhanced the understanding of the Korean and American officers and men on the systems and weapons of the two sides, so as to establish close cooperation between the two armed forces. The South Korean and American military plans to continue to hold short-range air defense exercises to cultivate air defense capabilities suitable for the Korean Peninsula environment.

The US military did not mention the specific time of the exercise and the number of participants. However, according to South Korea’s SBS TV station, in fact, the exercise was held on September 6 -8, after North Korea’s sixth nuclear test. Why did the US military choose to announce it at this time is intriguing.

Shijiazhuang cancelled 9 toll stations, and the whole process was announced for the first time!

Shijiazhuang is the land of revolution, the land of heroes, and the place where New China came from. General Secretary of the Supreme Leader knows Hebei deeply and loves it deeply, and attaches great importance to the development of Shijiazhuang.

Autumn in September, National Day is approaching. On September 28th, four additional port toll stations were officially opened in Shijiazhuang Ring Expressway, and nine ramp toll stations in the Ring Expressway stopped charging and opened. After four newly-built toll stations were put into use, nine existing toll stations, namely Xizhaotong, Beiwunv, Gaocheng West, Shijiazhuang, Luancheng, Xigucheng, Shiqing Road, Nanxincheng and Zhengding, were opened simultaneously, marking that eight sections of the 96.6-kilometer expressway within Shijiazhuang Ring Expressway were free to drive. Greatly improved urban space, more perfect transportation network … A 1,200-square-kilometer development framework with 9 toll stations as the gateway is slowly spread out over the provincial capital.

Time goes back to summer. On June 28th, 2021, the provincial party committee and the provincial government issued the Opinions on Vigorously Supporting the Construction of Provincial Capital and High-quality Development, requiring all expressways in the Third Ring Road of Shijiazhuang to cancel their charges before September 30th. Time waits for no man. The Provincial Department of Transportation resolutely implements the decision of the provincial party committee and government, adheres to the political stance, stands firm on the people’s position, strengthens the overall concept, plays a leading role, closely builds a modern comprehensive transportation system of the provincial capital, and regards the cancellation of charges within the expressway around Shijiazhuang as a major livelihood project. After two months of hard work and coordinated operations, four new port toll stations were built and equipped with charging conditions on September 20, which set the fastest record for the construction of expressway toll stations in our province, in order to help promote modernization and internationalization.

First, plan from a high starting point and draw a new framework for urban development with wisdom and strength.

Since the beginning of the project construction, the provincial offices have adhered to the positioning of Shijiazhuang as the provincial capital and the regional central city of world-class urban agglomeration with the capital as the core. At the same time, considering the present situation and future development of peripheral traffic, they have focused on improving the road capacity in the urban area. After hiring a high-level design team and soliciting opinions and suggestions from all sides, they finally decided to cancel the toll collection section from "within the third ring road" to "within the expressway around the city". A 137.9-kilometer ring road around the city consisting of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the east, Qingyin Expressway in the south, Beijing-Kunming Expressway in the west, North Ring Expressway and Jinshi Expressway has been formed, further opening up the spatial pattern of the development of provincial capitals.

The locations of the four new toll stations are: about 3 kilometers west of Pengjiazhuang Hub Interchange of Huangshi Expressway, Shijiazhuang East Toll Station is newly built, and 21 toll lanes with 9 entrances and 12 exits are set; About 2 kilometers north of Yong ‘an Hub Interchange of Xinyuan Expressway, Shijiazhuang South Toll Station will be newly built, with 18 toll lanes with 8 entrances and 10 exits. About 1 km east of the interchange of Gaozhuang Hub in Shitai section of Huangshi Expressway, Shijiazhuang West Toll Station was newly built, with 16 toll lanes with 8 entrances and 8 exits. About 1.5 kilometers south of the intersection of Xinyuan Expressway Corner Shop Hub, Shijiazhuang North Toll Station was newly built, with 21 toll lanes with 10 entrances and 11 exits.

The four newly-added toll stations and the five operating toll stations in Shijiazhuang North, Huozhai, Nanjiangbi, Chemical Industry Park and Sijiazhuang have opened the development framework of the provincial capital with 9 toll stations as the gateway, which further optimized the urban spatial layout, improved the surrounding road network system, eased the traffic pressure in the urban area and effectively promoted the function improvement of the provincial capital city.

Second, high-efficiency promotion, decisive battle and decisive battle to spell out the construction acceleration

It took only two months to create the fastest record of expressway toll station construction in our province, which is the unremitting efforts of Hebei traffic people day and night.

After receiving the task, the provincial office and Shijiazhuang City set up a work leading group, set up a special work class step by step, and implemented inventory and node management. The office presided over the work leaders to hold six special meetings to study and solve problems in the first line. High-speed Group and Jiaotou Group carry out the responsibility of guarantee, mainly responsible for comrades’ marking and dispatching, and in charge of leaders’ casing guarantee. Party committees and governments at all levels in Shijiazhuang City warmly serve, implement the main responsibility of local work, and complete the task of expropriation and demolition within a time limit.

Starting is a decisive battle, entering is a craze, and starting is a sprint. Provincial offices are equipped with strong manpower and material resources, sufficient raw and auxiliary materials and efficient machinery. Optimize the construction organization, coordinate the connection of working procedures, increase the working face, and adopt the methods of "5+2", "white plus black" and "people stop working without rest" to cross construction, continuous operation and parallel operation.

It takes 15 days to complete the installation of the steel grid structure of the toll shed, 25 days to complete the construction of subgrade and pavement, 20 days to complete the installation of traffic safety facilities and electromechanical equipment, and 45 days to complete the construction of housing construction facilities, thus realizing the completion of the main body of the project. Carry out the "30-day decisive battle" labor competition, set up the party member vanguard and youth commando, and launch a full-scale general battle and a decisive battle. During the peak hours, more than 80 operation teams and more than 3,000 contractors joined in the construction … Groups of figures formed a brightly lit and full-fledged construction scene.

Third, high standard positioning, continue to inherit and dress up the provincial capital transportation portal

Let the toll booth "say" the provincial capital and "show" the provincial capital, and the concept of "toll station reflects the city" is reflected in the design of four toll stations everywhere.

Shijiazhuang South Toll Station takes Zhao Zhouqiao, the first stone arch bridge in China, as the prototype, extracts the characteristics of arch elements, constructs eight arch decorations, and shows the profound heritage of the provincial capital. Shijiazhuang North Toll Station is a combination of traditional wooden roof and modern arc curve, which is like spreading its wings from a distance, implying the vigorous development of Zhengding Free Trade Zone. Shijiazhuang East Toll Station adopts modern modeling and blends into Chinese eaves lattice structure, which shows the enterprising spirit of the provincial capital connecting China and the West and keeping pace with the times. Shijiazhuang west toll station uses the method of combining traditional Chinese style with modern style to outline the charm of the provincial capital, which integrates ancient and modern times and moves towards the future.

Evergreen in four seasons, with flowers in three seasons and bright lights, the four toll stations have been carefully designed for greening, beautification and lighting, showing the brand-new features of the new era and creating a beautiful traffic gateway for the provincial capital.

Fourth, high-quality construction, carefully crafted to create a quality model project

In the construction of the project, the provincial office has always firmly established the concept of high-quality development, comprehensively evaluated the quality of the benchmark, and focused on the creation of quality projects and model projects to improve the construction quality and internal taste.

The first is to improve the quality of construction. Strictly implement the lifelong quality responsibility system, and formulate 9 rules and regulations and 12 work instructions, such as Engineering Quality Management Measures, Highway Engineering Construction Quality Common Failures and Prevention Measures, to realize the whole process of quality control. Give full play to the role of expert consultation and on-site supervision, strengthen the quality control of raw materials, strictly control the technology and process, and meet the requirements of home improvement. The second is to improve the quality of operations. The smoothness of asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement shall be controlled within 0.6 mm and 1.3 mm respectively, so as to improve the driving comfort. Formulate the "Quality Improvement Plan", rely on the toll plaza, greenhouse, station area to arrange shrubs, trees and other plant communities, improve supporting service facilities, set up police kiosks, convenience service desks, simple car repair tools, 24-hour hot water, conventional medical supplies, etc., to extend and improve the quality of public travel services. The third is to raise standards for safety. Formulate the Implementation Guide for Risk Identification, Evaluation and Control, define 4 risk identification ranges and 24 evaluation units, and establish a systematic and complete security system. Strengthen the safety control of the construction site, strengthen the construction organization and coordination, traffic organization and control, and strengthen the full coverage of safety management, with no dead ends and blind spots, so that the safety situation is stable and orderly.

Fifth, high-level innovation, focusing on the long-term to create a new highland of model, ecology and technology.

In the project construction, the provincial offices insist on putting innovation in a prominent position. Innovate the construction management mode, adopt the design and construction general contracting construction mode and the whole process agent management mode to realize the overall control and efficient connection of design, procurement and construction, reduce the project cost, shorten the construction period and ensure the project quality.

Not only that, the technology of "passive ultra-low energy consumption building" was first applied to the accommodation building of toll station. By using this technology, the effects of constant temperature, constant humidity, constant oxygen, constant cleanliness and constant static can be achieved, and the demand for heating and cooling in buildings can be reduced to the utmost extent, and the energy consumption is reduced by about 50% compared with that in conventional buildings. In addition, asphalt rubber is adopted on the pavement, which improves the long-life durability of the pavement and purifies the atmospheric environment. A total of 480 tons of waste tires are consumed and 350 tons of carbon dioxide emissions are reduced.

The intelligent innovation achievements of Hebei Transportation in recent years have also been fully applied: introducing intelligent toll robots, and using big data, intelligent vehicle identification, intelligent cloud platform and other technical means to realize unmanned self-service toll collection and automatic handling of special situations in some lanes, improve traffic efficiency and service quality, and reduce labor intensity. Introduce a special disinfector for CPC card, and complete card disinfection and transaction processing at the same time by selecting a non-contact reader module, effectively blocking the spread of virus in the process of recycling.

The most beautiful scenery is in the next journey. Standing at the historical intersection of the goal of "two hundred years", at the glorious moment of the centenary of the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s founding, and at the critical period when the "14th Five-Year Plan" is launched in an all-round way, the provincial offices will continue to vigorously uphold the service-oriented concept, create a smooth, clean, green, beautiful and safe traffic environment, speed up the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system for the provincial capital, and strive to make new and greater contributions to building a strong economic province and beautiful Hebei in an all-round way in the new era.

Protect, Inherit and Carry Forward the Yangtze River Culture: Let the endless Yangtze River Culture catch fire.

Guangming Daily reporter Liu Ping ‘an Li Yun

On the afternoon of June 8, General Secretary of the Supreme Leader made an investigation in Yibin City, Sichuan Province.

Following in the footsteps of the general secretary, we saw the "first city of the Yangtze River" that was eye-catching. Ecologically, through systematic ecological restoration, a 192-kilometer-long urban ecological corridor has been slowly spread along the Yangtze River, tying a beautiful "green ribbon" to the Yangtze River. Culturally, the ancient town of Lizhuang, known as the "No.1 Ancient Town in the Yangtze River", is constantly gaining new vitality in generate, becoming a yearning place for literati in the new era.

The change of Yibin is actually a microcosm of the "Great Protection of the Yangtze River" and the protection, inheritance and promotion of the Yangtze River culture in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities along the Yangtze River.

As the mother river of the Chinese nation, the Yangtze River has created a thousand-year cultural context from Bashan Shushui to Jiangnan Water Town. It is a representative symbol of the Chinese nation and a symbolic symbol of Chinese civilization, and is an important source of cultivating socialist core values. How to protect, inherit and carry forward the Yangtze River culture, continue the historical context, and strengthen cultural self-confidence? Thirteen provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities along the Yangtze River took the construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park as an opportunity to vividly answer the topic of this era.

Protect, Inherit and Carry Forward the Yangtze River Culture: Let the endless Yangtze River Culture catch fire.

Let Chinese civilization be more completely displayed in front of the world.

In recent years, the academic circles have generally realized the importance of the Yangtze River culture, and relevant units and scholars have made active efforts to protect, inherit and carry forward the Yangtze River culture.

In December 2020, the Yangtze River Institute of Civilization and Archaeology, jointly established by Hubei Provincial Cultural Tourism Department and Wuhan University, was established. Relying on the discipline of archaeology, the Institute fully promotes the archaeological research of the Yangtze River civilization through the excavation, protection and utilization of important archaeological sites. According to Liu Auditorium, president of the Institute of Archaeology of Yangtze River Civilization of Wuhan University, Bashu civilization, Jingchu civilization, wuyue civilization formed in the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the civilizations in the Yellow River valley interacted and blended, and jointly shaped the magnificent Chinese civilization. Today, they have made many breakthroughs in the overall study of the Yangtze River civilization.

Two years ago, an illustrated book "On Bashu Landscape Painting" attracted wide attention in the art and academic circles. In 2019, Guan Mao, vice chairman of Sichuan Artists Association, completed the topic of "Narration of Bashu Landscape Paintings" in eight years, and put forward the views that China landscape painting culture originated from Bashu and China landscape painting, and that both landscape painting originated from Bashu, and its conclusion sparked heated discussions in academic circles. Guan Wei told the reporter: "I stayed up all night after discovering the landscape pattern in Sanxingdui Yuzhang’s" Mountain Sacrifice Map ",and started an in-depth study from this. To do research, you should boldly imagine, carefully verify and find answers from massive historical materials. " Nowadays, the enthusiasm of the people who are over 60 years old has not diminished, and they are still working hard to protect and carry forward the Yangtze River culture.

"The Yangtze River culture and the Yellow River culture are both core cultures of Chinese civilization." He Yunao, director and professor of the Institute of Culture and Natural Heritage of Nanjing University, believes that "Yangtze River cultural relics" and "Yangtze River culture" are two sides of a whole, and the Yangtze River cultural relics are an important carrier of the cultural connotation of the Yangtze River and the main witness to the long history of the Yangtze River culture. He called for government-led, legal protection, scientific and technological investment and social participation to protect and inherit the cultural relics of the Yangtze River.

Cultural workers are in action to protect the cultural relics of the Yangtze River. In the past two years, Sanxingdui archaeological excavation has achieved fruitful results, and a large number of cultural relics need to be repaired in time, which is a big challenge for Yu Jian, director of the exhibition and storage department of Sanxingdui Museum in Guanghan, Sichuan Province, and his team. The protection and restoration of cultural relics is a boring and slow process, and the orthopedic work of a bronze ware may last for one or two months. "Sometimes sitting for hours is boring. You have to be patient and interested to hold your breath." Yu Jian said. However, they are not afraid of difficulties and sitting on the "cold bench", and they have successfully completed their tasks, making Chinese civilization more completely displayed in front of the world, making Sanxingdui "wake up again", fully demonstrating the important contributions of ancient Shu civilization and Yangtze River culture to Chinese civilization, and demonstrating the origin of Chinese civilization’s pluralism and unity.

Let history live and culture burn.

At the end of 2021, after the renovation of the Sanxingdui Museum Restoration Center, which was originally closed, it was opened to the public with an open restoration museum, which fully displayed the real scene of the arrangement and restoration of newly unearthed archaeological cultural relics. "In the past, cultural relics could only be displayed to the public after they were restored. Now, you can see the whole picture of the unearthed cultural relics on the booth at the first time of archaeological research and immerse yourself in the whole process of cultural relics restoration and protection." Tang Fei, president of Sichuan Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, said, "This innovative measure is also conducive to narrowing the distance between people and cultural relics, and cultural relics have come to life."

Bridging the distance between cultural relics and the public, history and the public is the direction that all localities pay more and more attention to in the process of protecting, inheriting and carrying forward the Yangtze River culture.

The Huangmei Opera "Offering a Boat" created by Anqing Huangmei Opera Art Theatre with the theme of crossing the river participated in the 6th National Minority Literature and Art Exhibition and won the Dream Award — — Drama innovation award. According to Han Yong, an actor of Anqing Huangmei Opera Art Theatre, the creative team conducted in-depth research and finally presented a story of a Hui village offering a boat to help the PLA cross the Yangtze River and win the battle of crossing the river.

Also telling the story of the Yangtze River, the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River in Anhui Province has made great efforts in regular exhibitions and irregular activities. "In order to let more people walk into the memorial hall, we have planned many special activities on holidays." Aric, director of the research and storage room of the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the River, said, "On International Museum Day, we held ‘ The Power of Museums — — Spirit is like a torch, faith is like a rock: tribute to the revolutionary light chaser ’ Theme activities; Dragon Boat Festival, we planned ‘ Dragon Boat Festival in the Anti-Japanese War — — I am also good at my heart ’ Theme activities. During the epidemic, we also insisted on passing on the Yangtze River culture to more young people through online explanations. "

A series of prehistoric cultures, such as Baodun culture, Daxi culture, Qujialing culture, Shijiahe culture, Hemudu culture and Liangzhu culture, are distributed along the Yangtze River, and various intangible cultural heritages such as clothing, diet and handicrafts are also preserved. A large number of high-quality exhibitions and cultural activities have been held in various provinces and regions around the Yangtze River in combination with regional characteristics. From May 18th to August 28th, 2022, Nanjing Museum (Chaotian Palace) launched its first exhibition on the culture of the Yangtze River — — From Qinhuai River to Yangtze River — — Special Exhibition of Ancient Nanjing Section of the Yangtze River Cultural Relics tells the story of Nanjing and the Yangtze River through 300 pieces (sets) of precious cultural relics; On June 10th, 2022, Hubei Archaeological Museum officially opened, "Millennium Context — — Yangtze River Civilization Archaeological Exhibition Hubei ""Century Project — — Three major exhibitions, "Three Gorges Archaeological Achievements Exhibition in Hubei" and "Yangtze Civilization Exhibition (Digital)", take the public to touch the Millennium context of Hubei; From June to November, 2021, Panlongcheng Ruins Museum in Hubei Province planned and held the "Yangtze River Wan Li Green — — Exhibition of Bronze Works in the Yangtze River Basin presents the bronze culture of the Yangtze River Basin in an all-round way.

In recent years, "Chu Feng Han Yun Opera has a long history — — Wuhan Opera Wharf Changjiang Theater has attracted a lot of attention. Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism proposed that all parties concerned should put opera performances on cruise ships to build a mobile theater with Wuhan city characteristics, and the activities of opera boarding gradually developed into a business card for night trips to the Yangtze River. In Jiangsu, the brand activity "Yangtze River Culture Festival" fully displays the rich contents of the Yangtze River culture through activities such as "writing about the Yangtze River", "painting the Yangtze River" and "singing the Yangtze River", and helps the Yangtze River culture to catch fire among the masses.

The construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park fully activates the resource elements.

Recently, Hubei Province hosted the main event of "May 18th International Museum Day" in China, and launched an exhibition on the theme of the Yangtze River and "Walking in Jiangcheng — — Start a series of activities such as the Yangtze River Civilization Tour and the Yangtze River Light Show; Hold the 2022 Dragon Boat Festival in Qu Yuan’s hometown to highlight Qu Yuan’s cultural characteristics and promote Jingchu culture; The 7th Yangtze River Reading Festival was held, and 13 provincial libraries along the Yangtze River were combined to carry out a series of activities of "Reading China along the Yangtze River", highlighting the theme of the Yangtze River and creating a strong atmosphere.

At the beginning of this year, the construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park was officially launched. Thirteen provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities took this opportunity to fully activate the rich historical and cultural resources of the Yangtze River, systematically expound the spiritual connotation of the Yangtze River culture, and deeply explore the era value of the Yangtze River culture.

After the start of the construction of the National Cultural Park, cultural and cultural institutions in various provinces carried out the investigation of cultural relics resources in the Yangtze River basin in time. Recently, Guizhou Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology sent several field archaeological investigation teams to carry out the investigation of cultural relics resources in the Yangtze River Basin (Guizhou section). They supplemented information, collected images and verified some important cultural heritages through data collection and field survey. Not long ago, Qinghai Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, together with Sichuan University, conducted a survey of cultural relics resources in the Yangtze River Basin (Qinghai section) to find out the distribution, preservation and utilization of cultural relics resources in the Yangtze River Basin in Qinghai Province, deeply study the rich connotation of the Yangtze River culture, and help the construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park.

In March, 2022, Jiangsu Province launched the Promotion Plan for the Construction of Jiangsu Section of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park, which refined the regional construction plan of cities along the Yangtze River, worked out the protection plan for the construction of the Yangtze River Cultural Park, formulated the special plan for the protection and inheritance of cultural relics in the Yangtze River, and led the high-quality construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park with a high-quality planning system. For example, in the process of building the "Legend of the Yangtze River" and other fist products on the riverside cruise line, fully activate the elements of the Yangtze River cultural resources.

Sichuan pays attention to cross-regional and cross-departmental coordination, promotes the deep integration of culture and tourism, and actively promotes the construction of yangtze river international Golden Tourism Belt in combination with major strategies such as the Yangtze River National Cultural Park and the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor. For example, Luzhou will build the project of China Wine City and Yangtze River Eco-tourism Belt, with the ecological restoration of the Yangtze River as the primary task, and realize the all-round development and upgrading of urban ecology, culture, tourism, industry and economy.

Anhui province further promotes the integration of cultural tourism and strives to create a new business card of Yangtze River culture. Ma ‘anshan City has deeply explored Li Bai’s poetry culture, Xiang Yu culture, Lingjiatan culture, etc., and turned Ma ‘anshan section of the Yangtze River into a tourist destination integrating scenic spots, sightseeing, humanities education and other functions. Wuhu City launched the tenth archaeological excavation at Fanchang herringbone cave site, and started the construction of China (Yangtze River) Fishery Culture Museum (tentative name) project; In Tongling, the riverside wharf bookstore is still quietly telling the story of the Yangtze River.

The water of the Yangtze River is rolling eastward, and the culture of the Yangtze River is endless. It is the responsibility and mission to protect, inherit, explore and carry forward the culture of the Yangtze River. Thirteen provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities along the Yangtze River are working nonstop, day and night.

  Guangming Daily (June 20, 2022, 05 edition)

In order to succeed in the interview, the society is afraid that young people will pretend to be "social cows"

After receiving the notice of dismissal from HR, Sun Yue, who pretended to be "social cow disease" (hereinafter referred to as "social cow"), was dumbfounded.

Sun Yue, who just graduated, once interviewed many companies, but was repeatedly ignored by the interviewer because he had too few words and a low sense of existence. Later, Sun Yue deliberately avoided the work that needed group meetings and found a small company to communicate with the interviewer one-to-many, acting as a totally different person from usual, and gained the interviewer’s praise on the spot.

That evening, Sun Yue received the offer.

However, after joining the company, in the open social environment, the true character of Sun Yue’s "social phobia" (hereinafter referred to as "social phobia") is gradually exposed: a person eats after work, talks with colleagues for no more than five sentences every day, and fails to communicate in time at work … which makes the leaders disappointed.

After five days’ probation, Sun Yue was dismissed.

Similar to Sun Yue’s experience, Lei Zhang was also a young man who was forced to perform "Social Cow". She talked about Kan Kan during the interview, which knocked the interviewer out. Finally, she got an offer and her salary increased by 20%.

However, young people who perform "social cattle" are generally difficult to pretend to the end with the deepening of their contacts with colleagues. They are often dismissed by their bosses, and even if they don’t, they are always worried that they will be persuaded out-this is almost the common fate of pretenders.

Lei Zhang is no exception. After receiving the offer, her first feeling was not happiness, but worry. The closer it is to the formal employment, the more serious Lei Zhang’s anxiety becomes. "After joining the job, the boss found that I didn’t perform so well in the interview. What should I do if I finally persuaded me to leave?"

Like Sun Yue and Lei Zhang, there are quite a few young people who used to be afraid of society, but in order to succeed in the interview, they pretended to be "social cows". Many of them can’t pretend to go on soon, and they have failed in the workplace. Some of them pretend to be successful and struggle to maintain the "social cow" in the workplace.

Wang Jian, who has been in the workplace for many years, is such an old social fear who has been pretending to be a "social cow". No matter what the occasion, Wang Jian can be very "social cow". However, only he knows that the boss and leader who are full of affinity in front of employees are actually senior old "social fears" who have to be alone for several hours when they go home at night and are not allowed to be disturbed by anyone.

Others choose to lie flat and stop performing. Although he lost two chances, Ding Feng was glad that he woke up early. Ding Feng, a 27-year-old product manager, pretended to be a "social cow" during the interview in order to get into the management of a big factory, and became the person she once hated most. After several failures, Ding Feng was finally able to face himself frankly. "Don’t perform in the workplace. It is best to reveal your true character to the interviewer and find a job that suits you."

Everyone knows the truth, but people can’t help themselves when they are in the rivers and lakes. Similar "performances" happen every day in the workplace.

The alphabet list chatted with four young people who once performed "Social Cattle" in the workplace. The following is their oral record.

Sun Yue, female, 24 years old, is currently unemployed.

"Pretending to be a social cow during the interview, I was fired after five days of trial."

When I just graduated, I interviewed many companies.

From startups to internet giants, all of them ended in failure, especially in several group meetings. I was ignored by the interviewer because I had too little words and a low sense of existence, and I became an NPC at the interview site. Every time I received the message "I’m sorry you didn’t pass the interview".

In these interviews, I found an experience: those who are extroverted and talkative really easily leave a good impression in interviews, especially in group meetings. Those who don’t show off in front of the interviewer and don’t respond well on the spot, like us, suffer a lot.

To this end, I deliberately avoided those jobs that required group meetings, and later found a small company. The position was event planning, and there was no group meeting. Only a few people, including me and the interviewer, talked face to face in a closed space.

For social fears, this is a friendly interview method, because the interviewer is only facing you from beginning to end, which allows me to focus on the chat content itself instead of dealing with complicated interpersonal relationships.

The interviewer asked me why I chose this job. I was very confident. I introduced my internship experience in the university naturally, worked as a member of the class Committee, organized class activities, etc., and stressed that I could do this job well.

Ignorant people are fearless. When the interviewer asked me what I thought about the ability to withstand pressure, I replied directly and domineering, "I will definitely try my best. After all, I am still young. If you have difficulties, just follow my sister and learn more!" I’m a different person from the one who doesn’t like glib words.

Finally, the interviewer was particularly satisfied. "Our company needs young blood like you!" I received an offer when I went back that evening, which was the smoothest interview experience I had.

But joining a job is different. In an open environment, I’m not familiar with everyone. When I need to deal with people, it’s hard not to expose my true character of "social fear":

I ran into the leader in the morning, but I couldn’t open my mouth. The leader greeted me first. At noon the next day, the team leader invited me to dinner. I was forced to introduce myself, and I felt very embarrassed. Calling friends, a colleague after work, exchanged ideas about where to play after work, and I always left silently for the first time.

Communicate with colleagues no more than 5 sentences every day. If I remember correctly, the first dinner after joining the company should be the most talked after I came to the company.

My first job was to design an activity plan. One day, the leader temporarily assigned me a task. I also habitually did it myself without communicating with the leader.

I didn’t finish it that day, and I didn’t work overtime in the company. Instead, I took my work home and did it at night. I sent the activity plan to the leader the next morning. After half an hour, the leader replied "ok" slowly, and I suddenly had an ominous premonition.

Sure enough, after the five-day trial, I received a notice from HR, telling me that the trial failed because I was not active enough to communicate with my colleagues and the gap with the company’s expectations was too large, which was a bolt from the blue for me.

The salary for these five days is only more than 200 yuan. I have to get a new bank card for this money, and the salary will not be paid until next month. I simply give up, and five days is equal to nothing.

It is too difficult for social terrorists to pretend to be socially arrogant.

Lei Zhang, female, 27 years old, runs an Internet company.

"I was blamed by my former boss for not being integrated into the collective, and now I have PTSD."

As a social phobia, what I hate most is the company’s league building.

The last company held a group building, and the boss organized a trip to Thailand. Because I don’t like chatting with unfamiliar colleagues, another good female colleague and I always like to act alone.

One night, the boss wanted to organize singing K, and colleagues sent "received" one after another. I really didn’t like the noisy atmosphere of KTV, so I refused directly in the group.

As a result, the boss sent me several WeChat messages that night, directly reprimanding me for not having team consciousness and acting too self-consciously. This problem needs to be corrected.

It is estimated that I left a very bad impression on my boss that time. One week after I came back from the League Construction, my boss found me because of some mistakes in my work, and dismissed me because of "incompetence".

At my age, I have experienced too many interviews, and I am no longer a white boy in the workplace. I can know what kind of people the interviewer likes and how to answer them to satisfy the interviewer.

In the future interview, I will deliberately avoid my shortcomings and even beautify it. When the interviewer asked me about my communication skills and management skills, I listed myself as the deputy head of the project in the past, led the team to do a good job, and boasted about the achievements I had made.

In fact, I did have the experience of leading a team, but the reality is not as perfect as I said. Many of the achievements of the project are attributed to my colleagues, but for the sake of offering, I can only attribute all the credit to myself for the time being.

After listening to my "beautified version" of self-introduction, the interviewer really showed a satisfied smile.

After working for a long time, I can also hear the "subtext" of the workplace. When the interviewer then asked me what my salary expectations were and where my family lived, I knew very well that it was my intention to be admitted.

Sure enough, I received an offer a few days later, and my salary was 20% higher than before, but I was not very happy. The closer I get to the formal employment, the more serious my anxiety is. I am afraid that after I join the job, my boss will find that I am not as good as the "performance" in the interview, and I can’t even integrate into the group. What should I do in the end?

Wang Jian, male, aged 29, is the department director of an Internet manufacturer.

"In order to deal with difficult bosses, customers and subordinates, it is hard to force social arrogance."

I have always been a veteran social phobia patient, but my colleagues don’t think so.

It’s all because I performed well enough.

I am the department manager of a big factory. For a while, the performance of my department was not very good. After the leaders put pressure on me, I went to the company at nine o’clock every day and then left at ten o’clock in the evening.

My principle is, I must let my efforts be seen, and only what I see is meaningful.

Sometimes when I have a dinner appointment with the leader, I will "add drama" to myself in time, and say in the most ordinary tone what mask I am wearing recently, because I have worked overtime and stayed up late recently, trying my best to show my hard work in front of the leader.

Although I am very strict with my subordinates at work, I don’t want to be a boss with only a negative impression. I think everyone will listen to your command only if they recognize you first. Simply speaking, it is easier to find the "receiver".

I ask my subordinates to punch in before ten o’clock every day. In order to help my colleagues share the task happily, after the wolf management, I will buy fruit snacks for my colleagues from time to time, organize dinner parties, praise a colleague who works hard directly, and even praise him to the point of embarrassment, slap him and give him a sweet date.

I will always be the most active one in the company’s annual meeting, wine bureau and group building activities. I am afraid that the atmosphere will be cold, and I will take the initiative to praise my female colleague "You look really good today"; Toast with the leader on the wine table, compliment a few words of "thanks to the leadership’s hard work" and "thanks to the leadership’s promotion", then pretend to be grateful, coax the superior to be elated, and blow his own performance by the way. The leader doesn’t know the real situation, but he believes it anyway.

In front of customers, I also try my best to perform "social arrogance", treating each customer as my own relative. I will preview hundreds of dialogue scenarios with customers in advance, boasting about how powerful the products are, and pledging to guarantee the performance with customers before talking about a project, but I have no idea about the actual results.

My "social arrogance" is all forced by work.

I have a leader, who is the real social genius and the core of social field. He can participate in various activities without being tired at all.

But I can’t. I output to customers and colleagues during the day, and I need to go home alone for a long time at night to regain my energy, read books and play games. No one is allowed to disturb me during this time.

None of my colleagues know this.

Ding Feng, male, 27 years old, product manager of startup company.

"Always switch between social arrogance and social fear mode"

After graduation, I worked in a startup company for three years, all the way to the position of department leader. Last year, I wanted to jump ship for a raise, and a friend of a big factory said that he could help me push it inside.

I’ve always wanted to go to a big factory. I heard from a friend that their company is looking for an experienced supervisor. During the interview, I tried my best to be very sophisticated. I talked about my own views on a product issue, and even the interviewer had to interrupt me several times because of the long time.

Because I have been an interviewer before, I even caught the interviewer several times and asked him how to deal with it in this situation.

I thought I was doing well, but I didn’t expect to fail in the end. Later, I heard from a friend that the leader felt that I was a little arrogant at that time, and I was expected to be an unruly advocate, so I was directly given pass on the spot.

This also taught me a lesson that "social arrogance" is not always easy to use.

Later, there was another job-hopping opportunity. With experience, I decided to put away my edge this time, honestly follow the interviewer’s questions, ask questions one by one, and don’t talk too much.

The result was still rejected, on the grounds that it was not imposing enough, and I am afraid it is difficult to convince people to give the management post offer.

With these failures, I found that it is most important to be myself.

In fact, my personality is not extreme, neither a strong social arrogance nor a social phobia that hates dealing with people. Don’t perform in the workplace. It’s best to reveal your true character to the interviewer and find a job that suits you.

Sun Yue, Lei Zhang, Wang Jian and Ding Feng are all pseudonyms.

Hillary Clinton angered Trump in her acupoint speech. What amazing words did she say this time?

[Editor’s note

Speech! Speech! Speech!

Hillary Clinton, the US presidential candidate who lost in the general election in 2016 and former US Secretary of State, came back to work, that is, she kept giving speeches.

At the beginning of March, at the age of 70, she declared her return in full spirit in red, calling on women to chase after their dreams.

After that, she gave another 26-minute speech at the California Professional Women’s Conference. "I am very happy to get out of the predicament. Now I don’t want to go anywhere except the White House." Of course, her spearhead is still aimed at Trump, criticizing Trump’s health care reform bill and calling on everyone to continue fighting for the cause they believe in.

Recently, she appeared in Georgetown University in the United States in red, and mercilessly criticized President Trump’s budget proposal. Recently, several of Trump’s policy proposals have been constrained by Congress and courts everywhere, which has made former competitors full of firepower and angry. Hillary commented on Trump’s budget, "The blow to women and children is a serious mistake in our country."

Public opinion suspected that Hillary Clinton was likely to make a comeback, but in an interview with the new york Times reporter in early April, she made it clear that she would not participate in the US election again.

Good morning! (Applause)

Thank you!

I am grateful for your enthusiasm, and I am very happy to come to the campus and this great school. I am very glad to have the opportunity to talk with you today.

I am very grateful to President De Gioia for his visionary leadership and to Georgetown University. Numerous diplomats, peace defenders and leaders have been trained here. I share the same view with many people. We need more defenders of peace, diplomats and leaders, because they are committed to seeking common ground while reserving differences, eliminating differences and connecting people all over the world. And this is not an easy thing.

In the 1990s, we deeply felt the need to improve women’s rights and give them more opportunities, especially in education, health and economy. At the same time, we should also devote ourselves to resolving conflicts, creating a safe environment for everyone in the world and helping them prosper and grow. So on that day in 2011, we came to Georgetown University to announce that women’s full participation in peace and security affairs is no longer just a marginal issue in international affairs. (Applause)

At that time, I was full of confidence. Today, I am even more hopeful. The greatest unfinished business in the 21st century is to improve women’s rights and ensure their full participation. (Applause)

This seems to be self-evident, and improving women’s rights and interests is both a right and an obligation. Women account for half of the total population, so we have the right to participate in the discussion of decisions that will affect our lives. But what I really want to tell you is that this move is more about peace, security and prosperity. This is not a partisan dispute, but a problem that concerns everyone. A rising tide lifts all boats, and the tide of women’s rights can drive the development of the whole country. Therefore, every year, whenever I have the opportunity, I will come back here to attend the award ceremony. As President De Gioia has just read, women and men from different backgrounds and countries are United by the same belief, that is, women are not only victims of war, but also executors of change, creators of peace and promoters of progress.

This is the principle behind all the State Council’s efforts in the first term. We want to set a standard, and I am deeply proud of the importance of this standard. It is not just a "window dressing" on the edge of the State Council affairs, but the focus of our work. Speaking for women’s rights and opportunities is the cornerstone of America’s global leadership. Therefore, our foreign policy must take this as a benchmark, provide it with the necessary resources, personnel and attention, and at the same time be responsible for it. (Applause)

The US military has also recognized the role of women in peace and security affairs, which makes me full of joy. Over the years, I have been fortunate to fight alongside some military leaders on the stage. General Sandy Winnipeg, former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Michèle Flournoy, former deputy minister in charge of policy of the Ministry of National Defense, stressed in their work that rape and gender violence should be eliminated in conflict areas and post-war areas, so that women can participate in peacemaking and peace-keeping.

Nowadays, this is particularly important. On a global scale, more than 60 million refugees are trying to escape not only war, but also famine, drought and disease. We can’t look on coldly, because the turmoil in countries and regions will in turn breed more problems, whether it is regional conflicts, terrorism, diseases or criminal activities, which may affect our own country. Global progress depends on the progress of women. Since the United Nations Conference on Women was held in Beijing in 1995, we have seen a lot of progress. However, it must be emphasized that we should be alert to the retrogressive signals that have already appeared. Today’s government has drastically cut its budget in international health, development and diplomacy, which is a heavy blow to women and children and a wrong move taken by the country. As you may know, more than 120 retired Admiral Lu recently signed a letter to Congress and the government, demanding that Congress and the White House stop the current practice. This is also our aspiration. These outstanding men and women who have been in the military have realized that the government’s practice will not make the country safer, on the contrary, it will only increase the danger and endanger China’s position in the world.

Defense Minister Matisse said, "If you don’t provide the State Council with sufficient funds, they will have to buy more ammunition". So at Georgetown University, you spoke with facts and proved the importance of women in peace and security affairs. Today, its importance is increasing instead of decreasing. With the expansion of the institute, there is more evidence that the country is becoming safer as women gradually participate in the process of creating and maintaining peace. Research shows-I talked about research, evidence and facts again (laughs).

But in fact, when women participate in peace negotiations, the agreement is easier to reach and more likely to continue. We know that women’s rights and personal safety are often the first targets attacked by fundamentalists, and we also know that women are often the first to discover conflicts. When their insight and the information they provide are ignored, it will have serious consequences, but such consequences can be completely avoided. When sexual violence is still used as a strategy by terrorist organizations, and when women are still recruited by ISIS and Boko Haram, leaders who want to eliminate terrorism and violence should redouble their efforts to ensure women’s right to participate. Before others draw any conclusions, I want to state in advance that women are not born more peaceful than men. This is a stereotype, which does not exist in reality. (Laughter)

But history does show that when women sit at the table and talk about peace, they can form alliances and try their best to reach a consensus. On the issues of human rights, transitional justice, national reconciliation and economic recovery, they can often shine brilliantly. I have witnessed this scene with my own eyes. Over the years, I have worked with women in Northern Ireland, and I have witnessed their great efforts to transcend religious differences and conclude a lasting peace.

When this work began in the 1990s, who would have thought that martin mcguinness, who had just passed away, would shake hands with Queen Elizabeth one day? We have also witnessed women in Liberia ending the bloody civil war. If you haven’t seen the movie "Pray for the Devil to Return to Hell", I strongly recommend it. Because this film conveys the same point of view as I want to convey when I stand on the podium today from a personal point of view. Women in Liberia came to the place where men held peace talks, which was a hotel in Ghana, and they had been discussing it for weeks. They surrounded the hotel and refused to leave. Until an agreement is reached, they are not allowed to go out, not even sticking their heads out of the window. Of course, in the end, they chose ellen johnson sirleaf as the new president. She is also the first female president on the African continent. (Applause)

I have witnessed that women in the Democratic Republic of Congo survived unimaginable cruelty, but they were able to rejuvenate and help others. I have been following the development of Colombia for many years, and I will focus on it in a few minutes. We saw women’s organizations protest and participate in negotiations, which finally ended the bloodshed that lasted for more than 50 years. When the conflict broke out and all attempts to stop the violence failed, women went out of their homes and started the whole peace negotiation process in Colombia on their own, and prevented all parties from staying out until an agreement was reached.

If we want a fairer, freer and more peaceful country, or even the whole world, it is not enough to talk about women’s rights. We must seriously consider their needs and provide them with tools so that they can participate in the process of transforming the world. The leaders who stand here today to be commended have witnessed these progress.

Like many peace agreements, the peace situation ushered in after 50 years of war is only the beginning. Peace is not a temporary achievement, but a long-term undertaking. Although it is inconceivable to give up this hard-won peace, as long as the interests are harmed in any way, there will be various forces within the country trying to undermine the existing situation. We must do everything possible to prevent the current peace situation in Colombia from being destroyed. This work is indeed full of difficult decisions and considerations about transitional justice and economic feasibility, but peace is indeed within reach.

Therefore, from the peace process we celebrate today to the measures taken by the state and various institutions to improve the status of women, people gradually realize what role women have played in coping with climate change and fighting violent extremism, terrorism and various conflicts. We must continue this work. I implore the government to continue its leadership work on behalf of world peace, because with or without the participation of the United States, the world will only move forward, not backward. (Applause)

The decision is in our hands. The world we live in is complicated, and everything is interrelated and interdependent. You can’t just choose one or two things and say, "OK, now we have to solve this problem". Things are ever-changing, the border will disappear before the pressure, and the Internet is spreading despair while providing opportunities. We can’t help but ask, will the United States be left behind by the world tide or will it continue to maintain its leading position? I hope the answer is that we will do everything possible to make the country and the world stronger and safer.

We must fight for our values, human rights, opportunities and security for all, and at the same time continue to ensure that women have the same rights as men. Only by striving for and guaranteeing these rights can we release human potential and achieve unprecedented development.

Students of Georgetown University, this is my hope for your generation, and I hope you can make it a reality.

Thank you all. (Applause)

Guangdong fought against the strong typhoon "Nida": "Number" said those things about fighting against typhoons.

Xinhua News Agency, Guangzhou, August 3rd ("China Nets" reporter Liu Dajiang, Zhou Ke, Zhao Ruixi) On the morning of August 2nd, a strong typhoon "Nida" landed in Shenzhen, with a maximum wind force of 14 near the typhoon center. It was the strongest typhoon in 33 years and hit the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong, one of the largest urban agglomerations in the world. Up to now, the influence of Nida is fading, and the overall situation of typhoon prevention and flood control in the Pearl River Delta is relatively stable, and no reports of major disasters and casualties caused by disasters have been received.

Some people commented that although the momentum after the strong typhoon landed was not as good as expected, it was better to respond positively than to be negligent. Looking back, the figures bear witness to the dribs and drabs of this typhoon.

Life is as big as the sky.

Disaster prevention and mitigation need to occupy and consume resources, and economic development also needs to occupy and consume resources. Once there is a conflict between the two, which comes first, which is more important?

Guangdong’s choice is firm and decisive because life is as big as the sky.

In order to fight against the strong typhoon Nida, the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government clearly demanded that the safety of people’s lives and property should be fully guaranteed in the first place.

On the 1st, the People’s Government of Guangdong Province issued an emergency mobilization order to defend against Typhoon Nida, requiring all localities to take "five stops" or "four stops" measures such as suspension of work, business, market, classes and services according to the provisions of Class I response. In addition to ensuring sufficient disaster prevention and relief forces and emergency personnel on duty, enterprises and institutions that are not involved in the national economy and people’s livelihood and urban operation can arrange a holiday or take a day off; Open all kinds of public facilities as temporary shelter and resettlement sites, and properly resettle the transferred personnel.

Guangdong Province also issued the order of "five hundred percent": 100% of the ships going to sea will return to Hong Kong, 100% of the fishermen will go ashore, 100% of the ships returning to Hong Kong will implement defensive measures, 100% of the personnel in four areas (high-risk areas of tidal waves, high-risk areas of small watershed floods, high-risk areas of geological disasters in mountainous areas and coastal tourist resorts) will be transferred to safety, and 100% of the dangerous houses, simple houses in low-lying areas and outdoor construction workers will be transferred to safety. Objective "to ensure that no dead ends are left and no one is missed".

In Zhuhai, the reporter saw that some residents were in good order when dealing with typhoons. After asking, I realized that the local authorities attached great importance to the popularization and education of the people’s knowledge of disaster prevention, resilience and mitigation.

At 14: 28 on the 1st, Liu Nuozhi, who works in a small shop in Lianxin Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, received a text message: Typhoon Nida will attack the Pearl River Delta &hellip head-on; … The yellow warning signal of typhoon in Guangzhou city was upgraded to red warning information of typhoon, and the sender was "Guangzhou Meteorological Observatory".

The timely release of typhoon warning information provides support for citizens to avoid wind and danger. Xu Yongzhen, deputy commander of Guangdong Provincial Defense General, said that before the typhoon was registered, the emergency, three defenses and meteorological departments of Guangdong Province, with the support of communication operators, issued typhoon warning information to 120 million users in the province.

As of 19: 00 on the 1st, seven cities in the Pearl River Delta, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Foshan, have taken emergency measures.

By 17: 00 on the 2nd, 8,489 emergency shelters had been opened in all parts of Guangdong Province, and 645,000 people had been temporarily resettled.

Zhang Tianhua, a citizen of Guangzhou, said that according to the old concept, when disasters come, we should persist in work and production, which is the performance of man conquering nature. Now the concept is different, and the government’s measures such as stopping work are truly people-oriented. Some vendors and company managers told reporters that these measures, such as stopping work, closing business and closing the market, will definitely have some impact on the production and business of enterprises, but we support it. After all, life safety is more important than anything else.

In the early morning of the 2nd, the strong typhoon Nida landed on Dapeng Peninsula in Shenzhen. "Typhoon Day" has become a "shutdown day". On the roads in Shenzhen, the reporter can’t see the traffic jam due to anxiety and worry, and the number of pedestrians on the roads has decreased significantly.

Humanized response to typhoons has made cities in the Pearl River Delta more calm than ever before.

Transfer the masses to test the government’s execution.

At noon on the 1st, the reporter saw at the seaside of Xiexia Village, Nan ‘ao Street, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen that fishermen were using cranes to hoist the fishing boats that had returned to Hong Kong to the shore for resettlement. Weiming Liu, director of Xiexia Village Committee, said that the typhoon is coming at night, and now we have to take the time to hoist all the villagers’ fishing boats ashore, with more than 200 boats in total. Now there are still 50 or 60 fishing boats that have not been hoisted ashore.

In the Nan ‘ao Sub-district Office, Lan Jianchao, deputy director, said that there was one difference in the response to the typhoon: not only did a Safety Notice be issued to the owners of D-class dangerous houses within their jurisdiction, but they were persuaded to leave in time, realizing the "zero" occupancy of D-class dangerous houses. In order to ensure foolproof, 2,428 residents of Class C dangerous houses were evacuated.

In the Liushuijing Community Committee of Beijing Street in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, Deng Lijuan, director of the neighborhood committee, arranged temporary resettlement sites while checking the living conditions of the elderly who were lonely and widowed in the community. From that night on, the neighborhood committee had a special person on duty 24 hours a day to deal with emergencies at any time.

In Hengshan Fishery Village, Taishan City, on August 1st, the fishing season in the South China Sea ended, and the fishing boats that were preparing to go out to sea were urgently recalled. Zhang Minggui, director of the village committee, took the village cadres and blocked the gaps in the dam of the fishing port with pieces of wood to prevent the sea from flooding into the village when the typhoon landed.

On the morning of the 2nd, many residents on the first floor in Hedong Road, Xixiang, Baoan District, Shenzhen were flooded due to heavy rain. A pregnant woman was alone at home, and there was more than half a meter of water in her home. At that time, there was a power outage and no dry food was stored. Due to the panic and the proximity to labor, the pregnant woman was about to faint. After the police found out, they opened the locked door, sent the pregnant woman safely to the road with an assault boat, and drove the police car to a nearby hospital.

By 12: 00 a.m. on August 2, Guangdong Province had dispatched nearly 50,000 police officers to relocate 260,000 people.

Give full play to public welfare forces to fight disasters in Qi Xin.

In recent years, Guangdong has consciously guided social forces to participate in disaster prevention and mitigation in an orderly manner, and established a long-term mechanism for publicity and education on disaster prevention and mitigation. The awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, forming a social atmosphere of solidarity and mutual assistance and selfless love in the face of disasters. Guangdong is gradually building a perfect system for disaster prevention, mitigation and mitigation.

On the eve of the landing of the strong typhoon Nitan, a public welfare volunteer organization — — The Maritime Rescue Association of Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, launched a non-stop wind and disaster prevention operation. At 7: 30 on July 31st, the Association dispatched 5 rescue boats and 12 rescue team members to patrol the sea for early warning and prevention of wind and disaster. In the waters of Jinwan District and Gaolan Port Economic Zone, the customs information and shelter requirements are transmitted to fishermen, farmers, offshore engineering and personnel engaged in offshore operations.

Non-profit organizations like the Jinwan Maritime Rescue Association have now become an important supplementary force to the local disaster prevention and mitigation system and play an important role.

In Guangdong, individual volunteers also actively participated in local disaster prevention and mitigation activities.

On the 2nd, the reporter saw at the resettlement site of Nan ‘ao Cultural and Sports Center in Shenzhen Dapeng New District that volunteer Tan Xiaohong was busy serving residents. Tan Xiaohong, a native of Hunan, came to South Australia to settle down in 1995. She said, I am a housewife, and I have more spare time. I will volunteer and help others whenever I have the opportunity. Yesterday, I saw the message of WeChat Weibo, saying that the typhoon was very strong, so I contacted a dozen people who often volunteered together and came to this resettlement site to help distribute materials and food to serve more than 100 resettled residents. Entry into Bali from March 7 can be done with a visa on arrival without isolation.

China Overseas Chinese Network March 8th According to Indonesia’s "International Daily" report, from March 7th, 2022, international tourists from many countries will enter Indonesia through the airport gates and ports in Bali, no longer need to be quarantined, and will be allowed to apply for a visa on arrival (VOA). However, the government still requires visiting international tourists to purchase health insurance covering COVID-19 according to applicable regulations.

Shan Diaca, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, announced in Jakarta on March 7th that after the co-ordination meeting of all relevant departments and units, all parties agreed to test the above-mentioned measures for allowing international tourists to apply for visa on arrival and entry without quarantine in Bali in advance. The list of foreign citizens who are allowed to enter the country according to the regulations is as follows: Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Italy, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Italy.

Iwawan Koser, governor of Bali, said that the decision was made at the coordination meeting held on March 4th, attended by the ministers of maritime affairs and investment coordination, health, creative economy and tourism, transportation, justice and human rights, foreign affairs, chairman of COVID-19 and the national disaster relief working group, coordinator of the COVID-19 working group, governor of Bali, commander of the ninth military region in Na, Udaja, police chief of Bali and tourism entrepreneurs.

Gosul emphasized that, according to the instructions of the minister, Bali is committed to accelerating the vaccination of intensified vaccines and striving to achieve the minimum target of 30% by March 7, 2022. Government ministries and commissions have made full preparations for the implementation of non-isolation measures and visas on arrival in Bali. (Liang Jian)

Do I have to have an ID card to take the green pass? Investigate the rationality of this matter!

A few days ago, a card friend claimed that he was stopped at a toll station in Henan Province without an ID card. Please review https://www.360che.com/law/231024/185124.html for details. This matter has attracted the attention of many card friends. What documents do I need to check to take the green link? Do I have to have an ID card? Can’t I have other documents? Who has the authority to check the ID card? Can the toll booth staff check it? This article will take a look!

Do I have to have an ID card to take the green pass? Investigate the rationality of this matter!

At present, the official documents have clear requirements for fresh agricultural products. According to the Notice of the Ministry of Transport, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Further Optimizing the "Green Passage" Policy of Fresh Agricultural Products Transportation, fresh agricultural products on the expressway only need to have one of the animal quarantine certificate, the plant quarantine certificate or the "three certificates" of the origin of fresh agricultural products. Among them, animals and their products rely on animal quarantine certificates, and crop products rely on plant quarantine certificates to pass through toll highways free of charge. Fresh bamboo shoots, fresh chestnuts, fresh aquatic products and fresh eggs and milk can pass through the toll highway free of charge only with the certificate of origin.

In addition to the inspection requirements for Lalutong products, when vehicles pass the inspection at high speed, they need to check four license procedures, namely, driver’s license, driving license, road transport qualification certificate and road transport operation certificate. There is no clear document, and you must have an ID card to take the green link! In the case of Henan toll station before, Kayou also mentioned that he had a driving license, but the staff insisted on asking for an ID card. The rationality of this matter is still in doubt.

Do I have to have an ID card to take the green pass? Investigate the rationality of this matter!

Identity card is the identity certificate of the holder, which is generally used in the process of transportation, hotel registration, bank card handling, medical registration and other affairs. According to Article 15 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Resident Identity Cards, the people’s police perform their duties according to law, and when they encounter people suspected of committing crimes, on-site control, emergencies that seriously endanger social security, and other circumstances that require identification according to the law, they can check their resident identity cards by showing their law enforcement certificates.

However, the law stipulates that the people’s police can have the right to check their identity cards under these circumstances, but the staff of the toll station belong to the employees of the expressway investment company, not the people’s police. It stands to reason that they have no right to check their identity cards! Back in the Henan toll station incident, the staff insisted on an ID card to avoid the green pass, and when the card friend questioned whether he had the right to check the ID card, he replied, "I am definitely qualified. No ID card is inevitable. You don’t have an ID card, we can call the police. " What is the basis for the toll booth staff to say "qualified to check ID cards"?

Because many card friends are very concerned about whether they need an ID card to take the green link, the truck house left a message to the Ministry of Communications and received a reply from the Ministry of Communications.

Reply: Hello, in the document on the "green channel" policy issued by our department,There is no requirement to check the identity card.Issues related to the inspection of identity documents are not within the scope of my department’s responsibility management.

Do I have to have an ID card to take the green pass? Investigate the rationality of this matter!

Previously, the card friend was asked to pay by the toll booth staff because of lack of pull, overload and non-compliance with the Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products. This time, the Henan toll booth stopped the card friend on the grounds of "no ID card". This is the first time I have seen it. After consulting the documents needed to take the green link, checking the legal authority of the ID card, and combining with the reply of the Ministry of Communications, the truck house does not agree with the staff of Henan toll station.

Cultural relics of the Yangtze River Estuary No.2 ancient ship leaving the water: showing the multiculturalism in the early days of Shanghai’s port opening.

Xinhua News Agency, Shanghai, September 6th Title: The cultural relics of the No.2 ancient ship in the Yangtze River estuary: presenting the multiculturalism in the early days of Shanghai’s opening.

Xinhua News Agency reporters Sun Liping and Ding Ting

"Dimethyl Chuantu" Cup, "Green Blowing" Glazed Porcelain, Blue and White Ear "Dowry Bottle" and even Vietnam hookah & HELIP; … In recent years, the ancient ship No.2 at the Yangtze River Estuary, which is sleeping under the north harbor channel in the northeast of hengsha island, Chongming, Shanghai, has been flooded with cultural relics.

On September 6th, the Shanghai Cultural Relics Protection Research Center announced a batch of water cultural relics after cleaning and preliminary textual research. Most of these porcelains are trade exchange porcelains, and they are well-made. They are like jigsaw pieces scattered on the seabed, which "collage" a vibrant and culturally diverse social life picture for people in the early days of Shanghai’s opening.

According to Zhai Yang, deputy director of Shanghai Cultural Relics Protection Research Center, more than 600 pieces of ceramics have been cleaned up from the preparation of the overall relocation and salvage project of the Yangtze River Estuary No.2 ancient ship. Archaeologists extracted and cleaned up some ancient ship-related cultural relics in the early stage of underwater investigation and overall migration pretreatment. Most of these porcelains are produced in Jingdezhen kilns, and some may be produced in Yixing kilns in Jiangsu and Yaokou in Fujian.

Carefully holding up a green glaze cup of Jingdezhen kiln in Tongzhi, Zhai Yang said that this cultural relic can be named "001". The green glazed cup is small and exquisite, and the bottom has the inscription of "Tongzhi Year System". Zhai Yang said that the bottom payment of this water cultural relic played an important role in dating the ancient ship No.2 in the Yangtze River estuary.

"Jingdezhen Kiln began to burn green glazed porcelain in Xuande period of Ming Dynasty, and introduced European technology in the early Qing Dynasty to create a kind of ‘ Western green utensils ’ Enamel is different from traditional green glaze, and it is glazed by blowing glaze. This green glazed cup is slightly brown due to long-term corrosion by seawater. However, its own imprint of cultural exchanges outside junior high school in Shanghai is still vivid. " Zhai Yang said.

Compared with the "foreign" green glazed cup, the pastel "Dimethyl Chuantu" cup of Jingdezhen kiln in Tongzhi of Qing Dynasty is particularly antique. This pastel cup depicts two crabs walking with their crab claws open and reeds between them. Experts explained that two crabs mean "dimethyl"; Reed is homophonic. In the Qing Dynasty, the "second place" in the imperial examination, that is, the fourth place in palace examination, was called "Biography", which entrusted people’s earnest wishes for "to be no.1" at that time.

The underwater archaeological team also found a huge white and blue-and-white Panasonic Costus ear bottle piled in Jingdezhen kiln of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty. This porcelain bottle is 60 cm high, with a plump shoulder and a bulging belly. There are double lion earrings on both sides, and the body of the bottle is painted with a picture of Panasonic in blue and white. Experts explained that this style was popular in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, and it was mostly used for dowry, commonly known as "dowry bottle" among the people. Surprisingly, when archaeologists cleaned and collected the thick silt in the bottle layer by layer for further research in the future, they took out a total of 50 blue and white dragon cups from the "dowry bottle" in succession.

On March 2nd this year, National Cultural Heritage Administration and the Shanghai Municipal Government jointly announced the official launch of the archaeological and cultural relics protection project of the No.2 ancient ship in the Yangtze River Estuary. It has been made clear that the No.2 ancient ship in the Yangtze River Estuary was a trading merchant ship during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, and it was also a wooden sailing boat with the largest volume, the most complete preservation and a huge number of cultural relics on board. Recently, underwater archaeologists have found both rudder and iron anchor in the north of the ancient ship, which provides reference data for the "largest volume and most complete preservation" of the ancient ship No.2 in the Yangtze River estuary from another side.

The rudder stock of the No.2 ancient ship in the Yangtze Estuary is about 5.6 meters long and 42 centimeters in diameter, and it is also wrapped with 52 iron hoops with a width of about 7 centimeters, presumably to reinforce the rudder stock. The tiller is made of three pieces of wood surrounded by iron hoops, the longest of which is 6.26 meters. In addition, the iron anchor of the Changjiang Estuary No.2 ancient ship is a four-claw anchor, about 3.3 meters long (excluding iron rings), and it is also a relatively large ancient four-claw iron anchor found in China at present.

The Yangtze River Estuary No.2 ancient ship is expected to be salvaged before the end of this year. After that, according to the ancient ship archaeology and cultural relics protection plan, the cultural relics and archaeologists will carry out all-round research on the formation process, construction technology and route of the ancient ship site, explore the scientific, historical, artistic, social and cultural value of the ancient ship to the greatest extent, and gradually uncover many puzzles of the Yangtze River Estuary No.2 ancient ship.
