These five kinds are often mistaken for green links, but they are general goods.
On August 6th last year, the Ministry of Communications issued the latest optimized green pass policy, which required the national unification of green pass standards and cancelled the local green pass catalogue standards. As a result, many local fresh agricultural products were disqualified from green pass. Due to the different implementation situations in different places after the policy was issued, card friends frequently broke out and stepped on the thunder.
Today, the author will take stock of some fresh agricultural products that seem to be "green links" but are actually "non-green links". The following five fresh agricultural products are often mistaken for green links, but they are all ordinary goods!
Cherry tomatoes are commonly known as "small tomatoes", and some places call them small tomatoes, which can be eaten raw as fruits and cooked as vegetables. Before January 1, 2020, many places have included cherry tomatoes in the list of supplementary records of agricultural products, that is, they can enjoy local preferential policies for green links.

However, in January this year, a card friend transported 9 tons of cherry tomatoes from Guangxi to Xuzhou, but the vehicle was stopped when it was about to leave from the west exit of Xuzhou on G3 Expressway, and was asked to pay a high-speed fee of 2,343 yuan.
The owner of the card friend’s service is a vendor specializing in the wholesale of cherry tomatoes, so it is not the first time for the card friend to take the route from Guangxi to Xuzhou, but only this time was the toll collected. What happened?

The author specially consulted the relevant information. It turned out that the country abolished the local green pass policy, and the Notice of the Ministry of Transport, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Further Optimizing the "Green Passage" Policy for the Transportation of Fresh Agricultural Products required that from January 1, 2020, all provinces and cities should uniformly implement the "Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products" policy, and Shengnvguo was a locally recorded green pass agricultural product.
The Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products implemented by the toll station is currently in 2009, and the cherry tomatoes are not in the catalogue, so the vehicles pulling the cherry tomatoes will no longer enjoy the policy of free passage.
In addition to the cherry tomatoes, many local agricultural products have also been cancelled, such as doll dishes, jackfruit and durian recorded in Jiangsu Province, and Pleurotus eryngii, mushrooms, Artemisia selengensis and other vegetables recorded in Jiangxi Province. I hope that card friends in these two provinces will pay more attention when they pull Lutong.
Youmaicai is a very common vegetable, and it is also called Youmaicai or perfume lettuce in some places. From the appearance, many card friends will mistakenly think that oil wheat vegetables are green goods. However, a recent notice from Yunnan toll station has broken many card friends’ cognition. The contents of the notice are as follows: oil wheat vegetables and green bamboo shoots are not within the scope of reduction and exemption. Please tell each other.

The appearance and market price of oil-wheat vegetables are all in line with the standards of Lutong, but because they are not listed in the Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products, the vehicles transporting oil-wheat vegetables become ordinary goods and have to pay thousands of yuan in tolls. Drivers may have to pay a lot of money for running the goods hard.

To this end, some card friends even went directly to the official website of the Ministry of Communications to ask whether "oil-wheat vegetables are green links", but the answer was that oil-wheat vegetables do not belong to the products in the Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products, so card friends who often pull green links should pay attention. "Green vegetables" are not necessarily green links.
Card friends must be familiar with the Catalogue of Varieties of Fresh Agricultural Products and carefully identify whether the goods belong to Lutong, so as not to pull the wrong ones and avoid unnecessary losses.
Many drivers may not know about sweet root vegetables, and the shape of sweet root vegetables is very similar to radish, which leads many drivers to think that they are pulling Lutong when pulling goods, but sweet root vegetables are actually ordinary goods.

In April last year, a master Yang pulled a car full of "fake radishes" from Qujing, Yunnan, and the road was unimpeded because of the title of "green traffic".
It was not until driving to Shigu Toll Station of Anjiang Expressway in Guizhou that it was stopped by law enforcement officers. The road administration carefully examined this batch of Lutong goods on the spot and found that the shape of these "radishes" was different from that of ordinary radishes. The shape of these "radishes" was shorter and rounder than ordinary radishes, and the root skin was purple and wild.

Therefore, the road administration cut open the "radish" and found that the pulp inside was pulp red, and the texture of the pulp was somewhat like tree rings. It was confirmed that the goods were actually sweet root vegetables rather than radishes. In the end, the driver not only had to pay the toll in full, but also had to face the punishment of "counterfeiting Green Pass".
Although the shape of sweet root vegetables is somewhat similar to that of radishes, radishes are green, but sweet root vegetables are not green. It is also hoped that card friends will carefully check the goods when pulling radishes and other goods, pay attention to the distinction and avoid lightning.
Fructus Aurantii, also known as "lime", looks green and looks like an immature orange, but it is thicker than the orange peel. Fructus Aurantii looks like a fruit, but it is actually a medicinal material, and it is not listed in the green link list. Therefore, card friends should not be careless when pulling oranges or oranges, and must check them carefully.

Two years ago, a truck with Ji F brand pulled a load of bitter orange. The driver was misled by the owner and thought that he was pulling a load of citrus. When passing through X02 lane of Taoyuan toll station in Changde, he was investigated, and there was something wrong with the inspection. The law enforcement officers found that it was the Chinese medicine bitter orange, not the fruit green pass "citrus". The driver was suspected of transporting "fake green pass" and was asked to pay the toll+fine on the spot.

Sometimes the owner of the goods will intentionally deceive the driver. In order to avoid similar situations, it is best for card friends to check whether the goods meet the Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products before transporting Lutong, so as to avoid being cheated by the owner and reduce losses.
Because the picking period of fresh rattan pepper is short, it is easy to deteriorate within 48 hours without subsequent processing. Previously, freshly picked rattan pepper belonged to fresh agricultural products in many provinces, such as Sichuan and Chongqing, where rattan pepper is the most abundant. However, since Lutong unified the national standard, fresh rattan pepper no longer enjoys the preferential policy of high-speed green channel.

Once, there was a big discussion on the Internet because whether rattan pepper was green or not. The story went like this: at that time, eight vehicles carrying more than 200 tons of fresh rattan pepper were forced to stop when they wanted to take the green channel when passing through Hongyanan toll station of Leya Expressway, and the toll collectors asked the drivers to pay the corresponding tolls.
According to the local rattan pepper farmers, their vehicles have always taken the green channel, and I don’t know why they were stopped this time.

In order to be able to pass smoothly, Momoko Company in Hongya County, which acquired rattan pepper, also sent staff to the local agricultural bureau and animal husbandry bureau to issue a certificate that rattan pepper belongs to fresh agricultural products, but the toll station still refused to release it.
Seeing that the rattan pepper was facing the risk of browning and deterioration, the driver impulsively smashed the glass of the booth and beat the toll collectors in the booth of the toll station. Subsequent to this incident, it was fermented on the Internet, and many netizens said that fresh rattan peppers should be regarded as green, and tolls should not be charged.

The final result was that the company paid the toll. However, due to the stalemate at the toll station for 11 hours, the transported rattan peppers were counted later, and about 10,000 kilograms were damaged, and the loss was about 60,000 yuan. The loss was finally shared equally by the farmers.
In addition to paying tolls for transporting rattan peppers, dried rattan peppers, such as dried rattan peppers and red peppers, do not belong to Lutong, and high-speed tolls are required for transporting such goods. I hope card friends will pay more attention!

At present, the green pass standard implemented in many places is the 2009 edition, while the 2020 edition has added new green pass varieties such as fresh corn, potato and sweet potato. However, because the state has not issued the implementation of the 2020 version of the green pass standard, many toll stations still take the 2009 version of the green pass standard as the main standard. The specific standards are as follows:

I hope that the drivers and masters can familiarize themselves with the Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products before pulling the green agricultural products. Don’t think that it is a green agricultural product. It is likely that it is just a general product. In addition, you need to mark and prepare the relevant "four certificates" of Green Pass. Card friends who are not familiar with how to pull Green Pass should never enter the business indiscriminately! (Text/Kajiahao: Initial Heart)
