Shen Haixiong said in his speech that Hebei is an important place of capital city, a political "moat", a land of revolution and heroes, and that "New China comes from here" and "the road to catch the exam" sets sail from here. All along, the Central Radio and Television General Station has maintained a good cooperative relationship with the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. Signing a framework agreement for deepening strategic cooperation is a powerful measure for the General Station to thoroughly study and implement the Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era, marking a new chapter in strategic cooperation between the General Station and Hebei.
Shen Haixiong pointed out that the Supreme Leader’s general secretary knew deeply about Hebei and was eager to love it. During his work in Zhengding, Hebei Province, he left valuable ideological wealth, spiritual wealth and practical achievements. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the General Secretary has visited Hebei eight times and made a series of important instructions, which have drawn a grand blueprint and provided fundamental follow-up for the high-quality economic and social development of Hebei in the new era. In his speech, Wang Dongfeng said that the Central Radio and Television General Station is an important propaganda position of the party, with strong communication, credibility and influence. For a long time, the Central Radio and Television General Station attached great importance to and supported Hebei, and launched a series of in-depth reports, which comprehensively showed the ever-changing changes and fruitful achievements of reform and development in Yanzhao, creating a good political atmosphere, public opinion atmosphere and social atmosphere for Hebei to do well the "three major events", fight the three tough battles, and promote innovation, development, green development and high-quality development.
Wang Dongfeng pointed out that Hebei is currently in a period of historical window and strategic opportunity. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the planning and construction of xiong’an new area and the preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympics, which were personally planned and promoted by the Supreme Leader General Secretary, provided a golden opportunity for Hebei’s development.
