The closing ceremony of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou is scheduled to be held on October 8th, 2023 in Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium. In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the closing ceremony, according to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ will take temporary traffic management measures on some roads. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

From 7: 00 on October 8 to the end of the closing ceremony, motor vehicles and vehicles are prohibited in the roads around Guanlan Road, Boao Road (inclusive), Benjing Avenue, Feihong Road (inclusive) and Wentao Road, as well as Binsheng Road Tunnel (east to west) and Boao Tunnel (north to south), except for the special vehicle license for the closing ceremony and the documents issued by the Asian Games Organizing Committee (excluding W-RES documents).
