  CCTV News:According to WeChat official account, the National Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention, in June 2023 (from 0: 00 on June 1 to 24: 00 on June 30), 906,707 cases of legal infectious diseases and 2,337 deaths were reported nationwide (excluding Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province, the same below).

  Three cases of Class A infectious diseases were reported, all of which were cholera, and no deaths were reported.

  Among Class B infectious diseases, there are no cases of SARS, polio, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza. Except for novel coronavirus infection, the other 22 Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 283,652 cases and 2,336 deaths. The top five reported diseases are viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and brucellosis, accounting for 94.4% of the total reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.

  In the same period, a total of 623,052 cases of Class C infectious diseases were reported, and one person died. The top three reported diseases are hand, foot and mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea and influenza, accounting for 97.4% of the total reported cases of Class C infectious diseases.
