In order to succeed in the interview, the society is afraid that young people will pretend to be "social cows"

After receiving the notice of dismissal from HR, Sun Yue, who pretended to be "social cow disease" (hereinafter referred to as "social cow"), was dumbfounded.

Sun Yue, who just graduated, once interviewed many companies, but was repeatedly ignored by the interviewer because he had too few words and a low sense of existence. Later, Sun Yue deliberately avoided the work that needed group meetings and found a small company to communicate with the interviewer one-to-many, acting as a totally different person from usual, and gained the interviewer’s praise on the spot.

That evening, Sun Yue received the offer.

However, after joining the company, in the open social environment, the true character of Sun Yue’s "social phobia" (hereinafter referred to as "social phobia") is gradually exposed: a person eats after work, talks with colleagues for no more than five sentences every day, and fails to communicate in time at work … which makes the leaders disappointed.

After five days’ probation, Sun Yue was dismissed.

Similar to Sun Yue’s experience, Lei Zhang was also a young man who was forced to perform "Social Cow". She talked about Kan Kan during the interview, which knocked the interviewer out. Finally, she got an offer and her salary increased by 20%.

However, young people who perform "social cattle" are generally difficult to pretend to the end with the deepening of their contacts with colleagues. They are often dismissed by their bosses, and even if they don’t, they are always worried that they will be persuaded out-this is almost the common fate of pretenders.

Lei Zhang is no exception. After receiving the offer, her first feeling was not happiness, but worry. The closer it is to the formal employment, the more serious Lei Zhang’s anxiety becomes. "After joining the job, the boss found that I didn’t perform so well in the interview. What should I do if I finally persuaded me to leave?"

Like Sun Yue and Lei Zhang, there are quite a few young people who used to be afraid of society, but in order to succeed in the interview, they pretended to be "social cows". Many of them can’t pretend to go on soon, and they have failed in the workplace. Some of them pretend to be successful and struggle to maintain the "social cow" in the workplace.

Wang Jian, who has been in the workplace for many years, is such an old social fear who has been pretending to be a "social cow". No matter what the occasion, Wang Jian can be very "social cow". However, only he knows that the boss and leader who are full of affinity in front of employees are actually senior old "social fears" who have to be alone for several hours when they go home at night and are not allowed to be disturbed by anyone.

Others choose to lie flat and stop performing. Although he lost two chances, Ding Feng was glad that he woke up early. Ding Feng, a 27-year-old product manager, pretended to be a "social cow" during the interview in order to get into the management of a big factory, and became the person she once hated most. After several failures, Ding Feng was finally able to face himself frankly. "Don’t perform in the workplace. It is best to reveal your true character to the interviewer and find a job that suits you."

Everyone knows the truth, but people can’t help themselves when they are in the rivers and lakes. Similar "performances" happen every day in the workplace.

The alphabet list chatted with four young people who once performed "Social Cattle" in the workplace. The following is their oral record.

Sun Yue, female, 24 years old, is currently unemployed.

"Pretending to be a social cow during the interview, I was fired after five days of trial."

When I just graduated, I interviewed many companies.

From startups to internet giants, all of them ended in failure, especially in several group meetings. I was ignored by the interviewer because I had too little words and a low sense of existence, and I became an NPC at the interview site. Every time I received the message "I’m sorry you didn’t pass the interview".

In these interviews, I found an experience: those who are extroverted and talkative really easily leave a good impression in interviews, especially in group meetings. Those who don’t show off in front of the interviewer and don’t respond well on the spot, like us, suffer a lot.

To this end, I deliberately avoided those jobs that required group meetings, and later found a small company. The position was event planning, and there was no group meeting. Only a few people, including me and the interviewer, talked face to face in a closed space.

For social fears, this is a friendly interview method, because the interviewer is only facing you from beginning to end, which allows me to focus on the chat content itself instead of dealing with complicated interpersonal relationships.

The interviewer asked me why I chose this job. I was very confident. I introduced my internship experience in the university naturally, worked as a member of the class Committee, organized class activities, etc., and stressed that I could do this job well.

Ignorant people are fearless. When the interviewer asked me what I thought about the ability to withstand pressure, I replied directly and domineering, "I will definitely try my best. After all, I am still young. If you have difficulties, just follow my sister and learn more!" I’m a different person from the one who doesn’t like glib words.

Finally, the interviewer was particularly satisfied. "Our company needs young blood like you!" I received an offer when I went back that evening, which was the smoothest interview experience I had.

But joining a job is different. In an open environment, I’m not familiar with everyone. When I need to deal with people, it’s hard not to expose my true character of "social fear":

I ran into the leader in the morning, but I couldn’t open my mouth. The leader greeted me first. At noon the next day, the team leader invited me to dinner. I was forced to introduce myself, and I felt very embarrassed. Calling friends, a colleague after work, exchanged ideas about where to play after work, and I always left silently for the first time.

Communicate with colleagues no more than 5 sentences every day. If I remember correctly, the first dinner after joining the company should be the most talked after I came to the company.

My first job was to design an activity plan. One day, the leader temporarily assigned me a task. I also habitually did it myself without communicating with the leader.

I didn’t finish it that day, and I didn’t work overtime in the company. Instead, I took my work home and did it at night. I sent the activity plan to the leader the next morning. After half an hour, the leader replied "ok" slowly, and I suddenly had an ominous premonition.

Sure enough, after the five-day trial, I received a notice from HR, telling me that the trial failed because I was not active enough to communicate with my colleagues and the gap with the company’s expectations was too large, which was a bolt from the blue for me.

The salary for these five days is only more than 200 yuan. I have to get a new bank card for this money, and the salary will not be paid until next month. I simply give up, and five days is equal to nothing.

It is too difficult for social terrorists to pretend to be socially arrogant.

Lei Zhang, female, 27 years old, runs an Internet company.

"I was blamed by my former boss for not being integrated into the collective, and now I have PTSD."

As a social phobia, what I hate most is the company’s league building.

The last company held a group building, and the boss organized a trip to Thailand. Because I don’t like chatting with unfamiliar colleagues, another good female colleague and I always like to act alone.

One night, the boss wanted to organize singing K, and colleagues sent "received" one after another. I really didn’t like the noisy atmosphere of KTV, so I refused directly in the group.

As a result, the boss sent me several WeChat messages that night, directly reprimanding me for not having team consciousness and acting too self-consciously. This problem needs to be corrected.

It is estimated that I left a very bad impression on my boss that time. One week after I came back from the League Construction, my boss found me because of some mistakes in my work, and dismissed me because of "incompetence".

At my age, I have experienced too many interviews, and I am no longer a white boy in the workplace. I can know what kind of people the interviewer likes and how to answer them to satisfy the interviewer.

In the future interview, I will deliberately avoid my shortcomings and even beautify it. When the interviewer asked me about my communication skills and management skills, I listed myself as the deputy head of the project in the past, led the team to do a good job, and boasted about the achievements I had made.

In fact, I did have the experience of leading a team, but the reality is not as perfect as I said. Many of the achievements of the project are attributed to my colleagues, but for the sake of offering, I can only attribute all the credit to myself for the time being.

After listening to my "beautified version" of self-introduction, the interviewer really showed a satisfied smile.

After working for a long time, I can also hear the "subtext" of the workplace. When the interviewer then asked me what my salary expectations were and where my family lived, I knew very well that it was my intention to be admitted.

Sure enough, I received an offer a few days later, and my salary was 20% higher than before, but I was not very happy. The closer I get to the formal employment, the more serious my anxiety is. I am afraid that after I join the job, my boss will find that I am not as good as the "performance" in the interview, and I can’t even integrate into the group. What should I do in the end?

Wang Jian, male, aged 29, is the department director of an Internet manufacturer.

"In order to deal with difficult bosses, customers and subordinates, it is hard to force social arrogance."

I have always been a veteran social phobia patient, but my colleagues don’t think so.

It’s all because I performed well enough.

I am the department manager of a big factory. For a while, the performance of my department was not very good. After the leaders put pressure on me, I went to the company at nine o’clock every day and then left at ten o’clock in the evening.

My principle is, I must let my efforts be seen, and only what I see is meaningful.

Sometimes when I have a dinner appointment with the leader, I will "add drama" to myself in time, and say in the most ordinary tone what mask I am wearing recently, because I have worked overtime and stayed up late recently, trying my best to show my hard work in front of the leader.

Although I am very strict with my subordinates at work, I don’t want to be a boss with only a negative impression. I think everyone will listen to your command only if they recognize you first. Simply speaking, it is easier to find the "receiver".

I ask my subordinates to punch in before ten o’clock every day. In order to help my colleagues share the task happily, after the wolf management, I will buy fruit snacks for my colleagues from time to time, organize dinner parties, praise a colleague who works hard directly, and even praise him to the point of embarrassment, slap him and give him a sweet date.

I will always be the most active one in the company’s annual meeting, wine bureau and group building activities. I am afraid that the atmosphere will be cold, and I will take the initiative to praise my female colleague "You look really good today"; Toast with the leader on the wine table, compliment a few words of "thanks to the leadership’s hard work" and "thanks to the leadership’s promotion", then pretend to be grateful, coax the superior to be elated, and blow his own performance by the way. The leader doesn’t know the real situation, but he believes it anyway.

In front of customers, I also try my best to perform "social arrogance", treating each customer as my own relative. I will preview hundreds of dialogue scenarios with customers in advance, boasting about how powerful the products are, and pledging to guarantee the performance with customers before talking about a project, but I have no idea about the actual results.

My "social arrogance" is all forced by work.

I have a leader, who is the real social genius and the core of social field. He can participate in various activities without being tired at all.

But I can’t. I output to customers and colleagues during the day, and I need to go home alone for a long time at night to regain my energy, read books and play games. No one is allowed to disturb me during this time.

None of my colleagues know this.

Ding Feng, male, 27 years old, product manager of startup company.

"Always switch between social arrogance and social fear mode"

After graduation, I worked in a startup company for three years, all the way to the position of department leader. Last year, I wanted to jump ship for a raise, and a friend of a big factory said that he could help me push it inside.

I’ve always wanted to go to a big factory. I heard from a friend that their company is looking for an experienced supervisor. During the interview, I tried my best to be very sophisticated. I talked about my own views on a product issue, and even the interviewer had to interrupt me several times because of the long time.

Because I have been an interviewer before, I even caught the interviewer several times and asked him how to deal with it in this situation.

I thought I was doing well, but I didn’t expect to fail in the end. Later, I heard from a friend that the leader felt that I was a little arrogant at that time, and I was expected to be an unruly advocate, so I was directly given pass on the spot.

This also taught me a lesson that "social arrogance" is not always easy to use.

Later, there was another job-hopping opportunity. With experience, I decided to put away my edge this time, honestly follow the interviewer’s questions, ask questions one by one, and don’t talk too much.

The result was still rejected, on the grounds that it was not imposing enough, and I am afraid it is difficult to convince people to give the management post offer.

With these failures, I found that it is most important to be myself.

In fact, my personality is not extreme, neither a strong social arrogance nor a social phobia that hates dealing with people. Don’t perform in the workplace. It’s best to reveal your true character to the interviewer and find a job that suits you.

Sun Yue, Lei Zhang, Wang Jian and Ding Feng are all pseudonyms.

Focus interview: developing new productive forces and flying high in low-altitude economy

Cctv news(Focus interview): The Central Economic Work Conference pointed out that scientific and technological innovation should be used to promote industrial innovation, especially subversive technology and cutting-edge technology to promote new industries, new models, new kinetic energy and develop new quality productivity. We must vigorously promote new industrialization, develop the digital economy, accelerate the development of artificial intelligence, and build a number of strategic emerging industries such as bio-manufacturing, commercial aerospace, and low-altitude economy. From today (January 23), Focus Interview launched a series of reports on "Developing New Quality Productivity". Today, let’s get to know the low-altitude economy first. This word sounds a bit strange, and the first thing that many people may think of is drone delivery. Of course, the low-altitude economy doesn’t stop there. New concepts such as "air taxi", "low-altitude tourism" and "air car" all belong to low-altitude economy. So, how to define low-altitude economy? What new opportunities are there in it? How will it affect our lives?

In Shenzhen Talent Park, a drone landed above the take-out cabinet, and the take-out was put into the cabinet through the precise positioning system, and the customers took it themselves. This novel way of delivering food also attracted passing tourists to place orders.

In Yantian District, Shenzhen, a new type of low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle has just obtained the airworthiness certificate of the world’s first electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. It slowly flew 80 meters into the sky with a passenger, and achieved low-altitude integrated flight with a helicopter for the first time.

Low-altitude aircraft once existed only in science fiction movies, and now it is gradually entering our lives, especially at the end of last year, the central government clearly decided to build a number of strategic emerging industries such as low-altitude economy. As a representative of new quality productivity, low-altitude economy has become an important direction to cultivate and develop new kinetic energy.

Lu Renli, Director of Navigation Department of China Civil Aviation Management Cadre College, said: "Is the land bigger or the ocean bigger? The actual answer is that the sky is the largest. Urban land resources are already on the horizon. If the airspace resources below 3,000 meters or even below 1,000 meters are fully utilized, this dividend is huge. "

The so-called low-altitude economy generally refers to a comprehensive economic form driven by all kinds of low-altitude flight activities of manned and unmanned aircraft and driven by radiation, which can empower thousands of industries, become a new important engine of economic growth, and form a market of at least one trillion level. So, what is the current situation of China’s low-altitude economic development? What are the advantages? In Shenzhen, the reporter visited a number of enterprises.

On the second platform of DJI Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., the latest equipment is being debugged. Workers operate on computers thousands of miles away, and the "unmanned airport" can complete a series of work. What we need to debug now is the ability to patrol in high-rise buildings. It needs to go around the building and take a patrol photo at every corner. Now, the maximum load of drones for pesticide spraying can reach 60 kg.

Zhang Xiaonan, Senior Corporate Strategy Director of DJI, said: "We have probably moved four or five times in Shenzhen, but all of them are within the scope of Shenzhen. At the earliest, it benefited from the support and improvement of the Shenzhen industrial chain. Later, the industrial chain of consumer electronics in the entire Pearl River Delta region was complete, and 80% could be completed in the Pearl River Delta. "

Low-altitude economy has a long upstream and downstream industrial chain. Taking low-altitude manufacturing as an example, it covers core components and raw materials such as chips, composite materials, connectors and sensors. At present, it is a new field for major economies in the world to compete for, and the completeness of industrial chain also brings agglomeration effect. More and more world-renowned enterprises choose to settle in Shenzhen.

At present, China has formed a relatively complete low-altitude economic industrial chain. Take Shenzhen as an example. As the capital of drones, by the end of 2023, more than 1,700 drone companies had gathered, with an annual output value of 96 billion yuan.

Lu Wenpeng, Deputy Secretary-General of Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Director of Policy Research Office of Shenzhen Municipal Committee: "After years of layout planning and continuous promotion, we have accumulated some obvious first-Mover advantages. The low-altitude economic head enterprises gather, the industry and market scale are large, and more importantly, the advantages of supporting industrial policies are formed. "

With the improvement of industrial chain, the gathering of scientific research teams and talents, more and more application scenarios have emerged, which has brought about great development of thousands of industries. At a drone transfer station in Baoan District, Shenzhen, more than a dozen planes are on standby, queuing to take off.

When the "No.8315" plane began to deliver goods, the flight status also appeared on the big screen of the monitoring room in real time, and the staff paid close attention to its flight status. What kind of delivery trip is this? The reporter went to the destination of the plane by bus, and it landed on the five-story platform of an industrial park. It took the reporter about 16 minutes by bus, but it took less than 8 minutes for the plane to fly. The staff told reporters that the speed advantage is more obvious when the ground traffic is busy.

Generally speaking, the average courier delivers about 150 orders a day, while a drone controller can fly 60 times a day, and the delivery volume is about 500 orders. For those who need to travel between cities in Greater Bay Area for business, it takes 15 minutes to reach Zhuhai and half an hour to reach downtown Guangzhou by helicopter.

In terms of agricultural production, drones have been used to transport fresh Tricholoma matsutake in western China. Originally, it took one to two hours to manually carry it down the mountain, and drones only took 15 minutes to half an hour. In some remote areas, regional drones have been used instead of manually setting up stations to do all kinds of work.

In recent years, the low-altitude economy has spawned a series of consumption scenarios. Logistics drones have solved the "last mile" of distribution, and "air taxis" have created a new way of urban transportation. China’s agricultural drones are spread all over six continents, covering more than 100 countries, and can carry out a series of work such as sowing, spraying and transportation. With the increasing number of application scenarios, the imagination space brought by low-altitude economy is also growing.

According to professional analysis, the future of low-altitude economy contains infinite possibilities. Low-altitude economy can not only build a transportation system, but also an industrial system. The emergence of more and more application scenarios will also extend a brand-new industrial chain. High-tech technologies such as digital technology, intelligent technology and digital twin technology can all make great achievements in low-altitude industries.

Lu Renli: "How to develop low-altitude airspace efficiently and orderly is an area that no predecessors can learn from. It is a huge challenge to develop a complete technical system and operating rules."

For the Shenzhen Transportation Bureau, a huge intelligent convergence infrastructure construction has been put on the agenda.

Li Shipeng, Executive Dean of Low-altitude Economy Branch of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Digital Economy Research Institute: "With the development of low-altitude economy, the flight frequency and density are increasing. There must be a system to let everyone know where each other’s aircraft are and better plan flight routes."

The basic information of flight equipment, flight altitude and speed are recorded in the system. In the future, more functions will be developed and connected to all relevant units, so that unified management can be carried out through the digital system.

Low-altitude infrastructure construction has a broad prospect. Shenzhen alone needs an investment scale of 10 billion yuan, so it is estimated that the national low-altitude economic infrastructure investment will be trillion-scale. This work is related to low-altitude communication, navigation, positioning, meteorology, maps and other fields, involving multiple departments, how to coordinate?

Zhang Zhifeng, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau, said: "Work together to establish a mechanism for consultation and consultation. There will inevitably be differences of opinion in the middle, because there is no ready-made standard. At this time, we will go to the enterprise to listen to what ideas and demands the enterprise has. During the collision, everyone will unify the cooperative operation plan. "

Not only infrastructure construction, how to provide flight services, promote the innovative development of industrial applications, and how to manage airspace safety, but also many departments will be involved in the promotion of each work. In the "Several Measures to Support High-quality Development of Low-altitude Economy in Shenzhen", almost every project involves more than three departments.

This year, the country’s first special regulation on promoting low-altitude economic industries — — The Regulations on the Promotion of Low-altitude Economy and Industry in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone will be implemented soon. More than 6,800 words in the full text mentioned a key word — — "coordination"

Lu Wenpeng: "Promote and guarantee low-altitude economic development in the form of local legislation. We have a good grasp of the system and mechanism ‘ Establish first and then break ’ The job requirements, through the reform methods and paths, form and release new quality productivity, open up new tracks, and enhance new kinetic energy for high-quality development. "

In the form of legislation, Shenzhen has defined the coordination mechanism of low-altitude economic and industrial development and clarified the rights and responsibilities between various departments. Including this, a series of reform measures to break down institutional and institutional obstacles for the development of new quality productive forces have been promoted nationwide by seven ministries and commissions including the National Development and Reform Commission.

Nationwide, more than a dozen provinces have written low-altitude economy, general aviation and other related contents into government work reports. Hainan Province recently released the first airspace map of provincial unmanned aerial vehicle flight test; Guangzhou’s navigation enterprises won the world’s first unmanned manned aircraft system type certificate; Anhui Province has just planned the rudiment of general aviation "one-hour commuting circle" centered on Hefei.

Lv Renli: "The low-altitude economy is on the right track, and it needs local governments to put forward the development direction and solve the practical problems in the actual production demand operation. It needs to combine all aspects of research and development capabilities, manufacturing capabilities and enterprise innovation capabilities. Once it is deeply applied in a city, it can quickly copy the whole system to various cities and fully scale our new quality productivity."

Low-altitude economy is becoming a "new track" for more and more cities to compete. Take drones as an example. In 2023, the scale of China’s civil drone industry exceeded 120 billion yuan, ranking first in the world. It is estimated that by 2025, this number will exceed 200 billion yuan. In the future, the application scenarios of low-altitude economy will be more and more diverse. General airports, aviation parks, aviation towns, drone bases, flight camps, etc. will be dotted, and our sky will be busier. Of course, we should also see that as a new productive force, there will be many new problems in the process of low-altitude economic development, which need us to solve with new technologies, coordinate with new mechanisms, support with new policies and standardize with new rules. Starting from the "new", fully stimulate the potential of low-altitude economy, so that low-altitude economy can fly well and far.

China’s wheat stocks are sufficient, and the production and supply situation is improving, and the material foundation is solid.

CCTV News:March and April are the off-season of wheat processing every year, and the price is also running at a low level. However, this year, the price of wheat has fluctuated greatly. Let’s see the reporter’s investigation in Puyang, Henan Province, the main wheat producing area.

The reporter saw in a flour enterprise in Puyang, Henan Province that the vehicles that came to sell grain were scattered. Li Yanqun, a wheat grower, told the reporter that the price of wheat has experienced great fluctuations since March this year.

According to reports, affected by the rising prices of means of production and other factors, the price of wheat has been rising continuously since last year. By the first week of March this year, it reached a historical high above 1.6 yuan per catty, but it dropped sharply in the following month.

Liu Huaizeng, general manager of a flour industry group in Puyang City, Henan Province, said that at present, in the off-season of flour consumption, the overlapping epidemic situation affects logistics and transportation, and the sales volume is reduced by 10% compared with February.

Liu Huaizeng, general manager of a flour industry group in Puyang City, Henan Province:Due to the fluctuation of prices, our purchase volume has declined.

In the interview, the reporter learned that after mid-April, the price of wheat rebounded slightly, which increased the uncertainty of the market. Because there are still about two months before the new wheat goes on the market, enterprises and farmers are also on the sidelines.

According to data released by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations recently, with the continuation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, world food prices jumped sharply in March, reaching the highest level in history. Will the high international food price have an impact on China’s wheat price? Keep looking.

The FAO Grain Price Index averaged 170.1 points in March, up 17.1% from the previous month, the highest since 1990. This is due to the soaring prices of wheat and coarse grains in the world. The main reason is that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict led to the interruption of Ukrainian and Russian grain exports, and the expected loss of exports in the Black Sea region intensified, which affected the already tight global wheat supply situation.

Although the price of wheat in the international market has risen to a historical high, China’s wheat is completely self-sufficient, and the import quota accounts for about 6% of the total domestic consumption & mdash; 7%, and a small amount of wheat imported every year is mainly used for variety adjustment, which has limited impact on China’s wheat market. In the future, domestic production and supply will mainly affect wheat prices. From the national situation, the wheat in the main producing areas has entered the jointing stage in an all-round way, and the field management has changed from promoting weakness to strengthening to growing into large ears and increasing grain weight. The transformation of seedling conditions has basically been completed and the growth is better than expected. As of April 6, the proportion of first-class and second-class seedlings of winter wheat in China was 87.9%, which was 17.4 percentage points higher than that before winter.

Cao Hui, Director of Industrial Development Research Office of Rural Economic Research Center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs:In five provinces, 110 million mu of late-sown wheat has been generally applied with a regreening fertilizer, and the soil moisture in warm winter last year was also good, so the seedling situation changed quickly. The proportion of first-and second-class seedlings in China in early April was similar to that in the same period of the previous year, and the foundation for stable and increased production was there.

According to the market changes, the relevant state departments have also started the policy wheat auction, putting about 500,000 tons of policy wheat into the market every week. Since January, the total turnover has reached 6.723 million tons, and the turnover rate is about 98%. In addition, the intensive rotation of wheat reserves at all levels has met the grain demand of flour processing enterprises. In addition, China’s wheat stocks can meet the domestic consumption demand for more than one year, and the material foundation for ensuring stable supply and price is solid.

At least 149 people were killed in heavy rain in western India.

According to Indian media reports, on July 25th, local time, the government of Maharashtra in western India said that at least 149 people were killed, 50 injured and some people were missing.

The Maharashtra government also said that nearly 230,000 people in the disaster area have been transferred to safe areas. At present, many rescue teams from India’s National Disaster Emergency Response Force, Maharashtra Disaster Emergency Response Force, Navy, Army and Coast Guard are still carrying out rescue.

June to September is the monsoon rainy season in India every year, and landslides, mudslides and floods often occur, causing people’s lives and property losses.

Since July this year, the rainfall in Maharashtra has been the highest in the same month in 40 years, which is 45% higher than the usual rainfall in July. (Headquarters reporter Gao Zhan)

Academic circles respond intensively to gene editing babies: resolutely oppose strong condemnation

Recently, scientist He Jiankui announced that the world’s first genetically edited baby immune to AIDS was born in China in November, which caused widespread doubts from all walks of life. On the 27th, the Ministry of Science and Technology, China Association for Science and Technology and China Academy of Sciences successively responded to the incident of gene editing baby: explicitly banned and resolutely opposed.

Three departments responded to the gene editing baby incident

On the 27th, in the "Minister’s Teahouse" held by the State Council Information Office, Xu Nanping, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, said that the Ethical Guiding Principles of Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research promulgated in 2003 stipulated that human embryos could be genetically edited and modified for research purposes, but the in vitro culture period should not exceed 14 days from fertilization or nuclear transfer. If this "genetically edited baby" is confirmed to have been born and is prohibited, it will be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China.

China Association for Science and Technology Life Science Association issued a statement on the 27th: stick to the bottom line of scientific research ethics, resolutely oppose illegal gene editing of babies, and comprehensively investigate and punish the institutions involved.

On 27th, the Scientific Ethics Construction Committee of China Academy of Sciences issued a statement on the official website of China Academy of Sciences, which mentioned, "We are highly concerned about this matter, and resolutely oppose any individual or unit to carry out the clinical application of human embryo gene editing under the circumstances of uncertain theory, imperfect technology, uncontrollable risks and explicit prohibition of ethical laws and regulations. We are willing to actively cooperate with the state and relevant departments and regions to conduct joint investigations to verify the relevant situation, and call on relevant investigation agencies to announce the progress and results of the investigation to the public in a timely manner. "

  122 scientists jointly strongly condemned.

Immediately after the announcement of "Gene Editing Baby", many people questioned it. On that night, 122 China scholars issued a "Joint Statement of Scientists" through @ Intellectuals Official Weibo:"We, as biomedical researchers, resolutely oppose any attempt to edit the genetic genes of human embryos without strict ethical and safety review at this stage! ! ! Strongly condemn! ! !”

Gene editing babies face multiple doubts

At present, the academic and public doubts about genetically edited babies mainly focus on the following aspects:

Question 1: Is it safe for two babies to knock out CCR5 gene?

Question 2: Ethical and moral issues of this technology.. Hawking, a famous physicist, is worried that once there is a genetically modified Superman, the "unmodified human" may not be able to compete, gradually disappear, or become "unimportant", and human beings will compete for "self-design".

Question 3: This technology can be done long ago without any innovation, but biomedical scientists around the world don’t do it or dare to do it because of the uncertainty of off-target, other great risks and more important ethics.

Question 4: Why choose HIV? Is it to be famous or attract attention? Mother-to-child blocking technology of AIDS is very mature, so why choose gene editing?

The baby event of gene editing continues to ferment, but He Jiankui himself has not responded to it. He is currently attending the second international summit of human genome editing in Hong Kong.

He Jiankui once wrote that "gene editing is extremely irresponsible"

Regarding the experiment of genetically modified babies announced by He Jiankui, the media noticed that in February last year, He Jiankui also published an article entitled "The Safety of Gene Editing of Human Embryos remains to be solved" on the blog of Science Network, in which he said: No matter from the perspective of science or social ethics, it is extremely irresponsible for any human to perform germ cell line editing or make gene editing until these important safety issues are solved.

However, according to the time, just one year after he published this article, the human embryo of this genetically edited baby has been implanted into the human mother.

In addition, on November 25, an Associated Press report on He Jiankui’s experiment also described this: An American scientist said that he participated in this work in China, and this kind of gene editing is prohibited in the United States, because changes in DNA will be passed on to future generations, which may harm other genes.

△ "News 1+1" video: Gene editing baby has become a fact?

The reputation of China scientists in the field of gene editing may be affected.

This incident is not the first time that China’s gene editing research has been questioned because of ethical issues. In April 2015, Huang Jun, a professor at Sun Yat-sen University, reported in a study published online in the biological magazine protein and Cell that his team had completed the world’s first gene modification experiment in human embryos. Huang Jun originally hoped to publish this research in the journal Nature or Science, but was rejected successively. The two magazines refused to disclose the details of the review, but admitted that they were concerned about the complex ethical issues behind human gene editing.

At that time, just before the first international summit on human genome editing, the summit finally issued a statement, which gave a green light for studying the modification of early human embryos or germ cells by gene editing technology, but at the same time pointed out that the modified germ cells should not be used for pregnancy purposes. Since then, China’s ethical principles of genetic science have been strictly examined by international academic circles.

Three years ago, many China scientists stood on the side of Huang Jun. Zhai Xiaomei, executive director of Bioethics Research Center of China Academy of Medical Sciences and professor of Peking Union Medical College, was one of them. She said that Huang Jun’s experiment belongs to pre-research, and "no clinical trial at all" is to deepen the understanding of technical knowledge. The team used the three embryonic nuclei abandoned by the hospital and could only survive for dozens of hours. National legal norms allow it, which is also in line with international bioethics norms. She has visited several countries to introduce the current situation of gene editing in China to international academic circles, and to eliminate "misunderstanding about Huang Jun’s experiment".

At the 2nd International Summit of Human Genome Editors held on 27th, Zhai Xiaomei originally planned to introduce the development of bioethics in China, in response to the international community’s doubts about China. But the news of the birth of a genetically edited baby the day before the meeting made her feel a blow.

In Zhai Xiaomei’s view, the nature of He Jiankui’s experiment is completely different from that of Huang Jun. "It is academic anomie and there is a big problem." She said, "it’s too much to report to the academic community after the children are born!" Moreover, the existing laws and regulations in our country prohibit this. "

In 2003, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health jointly issued 12 "Ethical Guiding Principles for Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research", among which Article 6 stipulates that "human blastocysts that have been used for research shall not be implanted into the reproductive system of human beings or other animals." In He’s experiment, genetically modified embryos were put into the uterus and gave birth to twins.

Netizen: Pandora’s Box has been opened.

This matter has also caused a large-scale discussion among netizens on the Internet. The following is a message from CCTV news users ↓ ↓

@ Let it be: Support the Ministry of Science and Technology to respond! Resolutely oppose the clinical application of human embryo gene editing, which is prohibited by ethical laws and regulations!

@ lobangwangmu: Scientific research really needs to be based on ethics and law. Science and technology without moral and legal foundation may bring not happiness but disaster to mankind! Support the response of the Ministry of Science and Technology!

@ 京京京京: The super human predicted by Hawking, Pandora’s box has been opened.

@ 京京京京京: Don’t do research that violates ethics! That is worthless and a waste of manpower and capital.

@ 京京京京京 Joanna: If human beings start the gene editing mode, there will be more genetic changes in the future, which will violate the principle of nature’s survival of the fittest and natural selection.

@ Daying: This is a simple and rude experiment. A single gene can immunize against many diseases, even single-celled organisms do not, and gene knockout will have unpredictable chain reactions in vitro. This congratulation not only challenges ethics, but also is unscientific, and the experiment is not innovative. It just treats people as guinea pigs, which makes the international community distrust the scientific community in China and has a serious negative impact.

@YUE: The progress of science and technology is supposed to be a good thing, and it is beneficial to mankind. Gene editing can solve some problems that cannot be solved by current medicine from the source, but once it is out of the bondage of law and driven by interests, the achievements of science and technology will easily be used by bad people and bring disaster to mankind. Therefore, at the same time of scientific and technological progress, we should constantly standardize the relevant legal system and strictly enforce it so that the achievements of scientific and technological progress can contribute to human progress.

@ mr.yao: Support not to edit genes casually. If this can be edited casually, it is a potential threat to the natural development of mankind.

The movie "Charles IX" issued a new poster to create a new world of summer adventure.

Poster of the movie "Charles IX" and "Conquering Atlantis"

Poster of the movie "Charles IX" and "Conquering Atlantis"

Today, Charles IX, the first fantasy film for teenagers in China, released a poster of "Conquering Atlantis", dedicated to every curious, brave, companion and dreamy teenager. In the poster, four post-05 teenagers and Charlie, the boss of the dog industry, teamed up to explore in different adventure scenes, showing an adventurous state of being fearless and United. At the same time, this poster also shows the key special effects scenes in the film by hand for the first time, which makes people daydream.

The film is adapted from the best-selling book "Everyone after 00", directed by Wang Jing, a director with high reputation in Chinese, and combined with the young fresh face after 05 and the powerful adult actor Qin Hao. The film has been confirmed to be released nationwide on July 13th this summer.

Hand-painted posters of teenagers conquering Atlantis show special effects.

The theme of this poster is "Conquering Atlantis", and the four declarations of "curiosity, partnership, fearlessness and dreams" convey the temperament of the four post-05 heroes "no adventure, many years". "Atlantis", as a classic scene of the original novel, is a continent that gave birth to prehistoric civilization and was destroyed by floods. It is not only the adventure holy land that the four protagonists have been longing for for for a long time, but also the code name of this adventure. In the poster, the seemingly weak bodies of four teenagers are in stark contrast to the actions across dangerous situations; By organizing a delegation to the 408 base, they have overcome the dangers of climbing towers, tunnel adventure, dam escape, weightlessness and falling. Combined with the different copywriting in each poster, it pays tribute to the brave young heart and the courage to walk side by side, which resonates with many viewers who also have adventure dreams.

For the first time, the poster shows many impressive special effects scenes and internal details, such as the entrance to another world, the abyss tunnel, the underground dam, the weightless space and so on, by hand drawing, and constructs a mysterious and imaginative fantasy world. It is also expected how the real effects of these special effects scenes will be presented in the end.

It is worth noting that there are many details of "thinking carefully and fearing" buried in the poster. For example, in the poster of "Climbing the Tower", a figure is secretly following four teenagers. What is his identity? In the poster of "Dam Escape", who are the vague figures around the protagonists and why do these people appear in 408? And how do those enlarged and mutated butterflies exist in the film? These details also triggered many speculations about the plot.

After 00, the representative best-selling books first appeared on the screen, and their unique temperament was highly anticipated.

Previously, foreign teenagers’ adventure fantasy works, such as Harry Potter and The Hunger Games, have achieved good market and word-of-mouth results. Charles IX, as the "water tester" of this kind of theme in China, received strong feedback from the audience as soon as it was released. In the poll "Which summer movie would you buy a ticket to see" initiated by a high-traffic platform where some young people gathered, Charles IX was also among the best.

In order to better create a fantasy adventure world belonging to China teenagers, the film has made great efforts in terms of director, shooting location and special effects. In terms of directing, the film is directed by Wang Jing, a high-profile director who is good at realistic themes, which avoids the risk of the film becoming younger and improves the overall quality and expectation of the work. In terms of shooting location, in order to make the shooting location realistic, the scenery team spent two months in Yumen, Gansu Province, recreating the northwest town in the 1990 s and the mysterious scientific research base in the film; On the scene setting site, the crew also set scenes in Gansu, Qinghai and Beijing to build a scene design that meets the requirements; In terms of special effects, Charles IX has nearly 2,000 special effects shots, accounting for more than half of the film’s duration.

The film Charles IX is the first fantasy film for teenagers in China, which will be released on July 13th. This summer, let’s look forward to "Charles IX" to arouse our adventurous youth!

It is related to the 2024 college entrance examination, the latest release →

Just now, the Admissions Committee of Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province issued the "Implementation Opinions on Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province in 2024". What are the key arrangements and arrangements for the college entrance examination enrollment in our province this year? Let’s pay attention together.

How to arrange the exam?

Examination subject arrangement

In 2024, Zhejiang unified college entrance examination enrollment categories are divided into general category, art category and sports category. The general examination subjects are Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, three compulsory subjects and three optional subjects. In addition to cultural subjects, art and sports candidates must also take art professional examinations and sports technical examinations respectively.

Foreign languages are divided into English, Japanese, Russian, German, French and Spanish, and candidates choose one language to take the exam. Listening tests are included in all languages.

According to my special interests and the requirements of the school and major to be applied for, candidates choose three subjects from seven subjects, including ideology and politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry, biology and technology (including general technology and information technology). The examination time of each subject is as follows:

Chinese, mathematics, and foreign languages each have a perfect score of 150 points, which will be included in the total score of candidates according to the score; The selected subjects are given points according to the grade, and each subject has a perfect score of 100 points. On the premise of passing the high school examination results, the score difference of the grade is 1 point, and the starting point is 40 points. Candidates scored 750 points.

Chinese and mathematics provide an examination opportunity, and the results are valid in that year. Foreign languages and elective subjects provide 2 examination opportunities, and the results are valid in the current year. Candidates choose one of them independently. Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are unified by the Ministry of Education, and Volume I of the National New College Entrance Examination is selected. Other subjects are independently proposed by Zhejiang Province; The nature of each subject of independent proposition belongs to the national unified examination.

How to enroll students?

Fill in the volunteers in sections

The college entrance examination in our province implements online volunteering, and the website of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute (www.zjzs.net) is the only website for volunteering. After volunteering online, it will not be confirmed on site. Candidates are required to participate in the corresponding period (batch) of voluntary reporting within the time specified by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute. Candidates who fail to complete the voluntary reporting on time are deemed to have given up the qualification of this paragraph (batch) automatically.

General classes are admitted in advance and the first paragraph, the first paragraph of the examination and approval of art schools and the first paragraph of the unified examination and approval, and the first paragraph of sports classes are filled in at the same time, and the filling time is June 29 -30. The second paragraph of the general class, the second paragraph of the unified examination and approval of the art class and the second paragraph of the sports class will be filled in at the same time, and the specific filling time will be announced separately. Qualified candidates for college special programs and high-level sports teams will be enrolled at the same time as the first paragraph of the general category on June 29 -30; Candidates who have filled in their volunteers but have given up admission can only participate in the second paragraph of the general category and after admission.

Candidates must carefully read the relevant college admissions regulations when filling in their volunteers, accurately understand the specific requirements such as the scope of selected subjects, single subject scores, physical examination, etc., and ensure that they meet the requirements. For majors with elective subjects, candidates’ elective subjects must meet the requirements before filling in their volunteers. Examination enrollment institutions at all levels should strengthen the policy interpretation and technical guidance for candidates’ voluntary reporting. According to the deployment, senior high schools should make use of the intelligent assistant system for volunteering in the college entrance examination in Zhejiang Province to strengthen the guidance service for candidates’ volunteering.

Classified admission

The college entrance examination in our province implements computer remote online admission, which is divided into three categories: general, art and sports, and implements the admission system of "colleges are responsible and provincial education examination institutes supervise".

General category: candidates are divided into two sections, which are divided according to 60% and 90% of the actual number of candidates. In addition, according to 20% of the actual number of students, a special type of enrollment control line is delineated for early enrollment or special type enrollment for strong foundation programs, military schools, etc. When the candidates’ college entrance examination results are released, the segmentation lines and special types of enrollment control lines are delineated and announced. The ranking of candidates is determined according to the total scores of all candidates in the college entrance examination from high to low.

Ordinary classes are divided into early admission and parallel admission. Early admission includes military, public security, directional enrollment, trinity comprehensive evaluation enrollment, directional training of non-commissioned officers, navigation and other majors with special requirements such as political review, interview and physical examination, as well as approved institutions such as International Relations College, Foreign Affairs College, Beijing Institute of Electronic Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong.

Early admission for general classes is based on the traditional willingness of colleges and universities. Candidates can fill in no more than 5 college volunteers, and each college volunteer can fill in no more than 6 professional volunteers and professional obedience volunteers. Do not set up colleges to obey the wishes. Undergraduate and junior college students are no longer in batches, and admission is carried out in sections. At the time of each admission, according to the principle of voluntary priority, the total score of the college entrance examination is ranked from high to low. The proportion of filing is not more than 1:1.2, and the candidates will file according to the ranking when the total score is the same.

Ordinary parallel admission shall be subject to professional parallel volunteer, and the volunteers shall be filled in by sections and the admission shall be made by sections. Take a major (class) of a school as a volunteer unit. Candidates can fill in no more than 80 volunteers at a time. Candidates in the first paragraph fill in their volunteers first, and the remaining plans will be announced again after the admission. Candidates in the first paragraph and the second paragraph who are not admitted will fill in their volunteers, and then organize the admission. At the time of filing, the candidates are required to meet the scope of the selected subjects, and according to the total score of the candidates in the college entrance examination, the professional parallel volunteer will be applied and directly invested in the specific majors (classes) of the specific schools reported by the candidates. The ratio of filing is 1: 1. Candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination will file according to the ranking and voluntary order, and all the same candidates will file together.

Art category: the admission batch is set up for school examination and approval and unified examination and approval. There is one college volunteer in the school examination, and there are three professional volunteers and professional obedience volunteers. The unified examination is approved as a professional parallel volunteer, and one major of one college is a volunteer unit. Candidates can fill in no more than 30 volunteers at a time; Volunteers in all subjects can’t report at the same time. Candidates can only choose one subject to report, and music and table (guide) performance can report in different directions in the same subject.

Admission to the school examination is approved, and the major of the school examination is selected according to the candidates’ wishes and school examination results on the basis that the total score of the candidates’ culture reaches a line in our province in principle, the results of the provincial unified examination are qualified and meet the performance requirements set by the school. According to the enrollment situation, the school may apply for an appropriate reduction in the total score of culture, but it shall not be less than 75% of the general category. Colleges and universities formulate exceptional admission methods according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education, which shall be implemented according to the exceptional admission methods of colleges and universities.

Unified examination batch admission, sub-disciplines to fill in the volunteers, sub-admission The ratio of filing is 1: 1. It is divided into two sections. According to the comprehensive scores of candidates’ arts, the first section of each subject or direction is determined by 60% of the actual number of students, and the second section is determined by 90% of the actual number of students. At the time of filing, on the premise that the total score of the candidates’ college entrance examination and the selected subjects are in line with the reported volunteers, the comprehensive scores of fine arts and design, music, dance, table (guide) performance, broadcasting and hosting, and calligraphy are taken as the basis for filing, and the professional parallel volunteer is implemented, and the candidates are directly invested in the specific majors of the specific schools reported. Undergraduate majors require that the total score of college entrance examination for candidates should not be less than 75% of the general class in our province, including dance, table (guide) performance and music performance, and the total score of college entrance examination for candidates should not be less than 65% of the general class in our province; For higher vocational (junior college) majors, the total score of candidates in the college entrance examination must be no less than 70% of the second line of ordinary classes in our province.

Sports: The admission is subject to professional parallel volunteer, and the volunteers are filled in by sections, and the admission is made by sections. The specific measures are the same as the unified examination and approval for arts.

When art and sports are enrolled by stages, if all the plans have been completed after the first stage of enrollment, the second stage of volunteering will not be carried out.
